My daughter bought a car here that was a total lemon.
My daughter bought a car here that was a total lemon. It drove fine on the test drive and they assured us that they are inspected and road ready before purchase. We got the 6 month warranty as well. Just days after the warranty expired the engine went out and had to be replaced for several thousand dollars. Then the electrical system started failing. Then spark plugs. Then starter. Then leaking transmission fluid. This is all less than a year from purchase. She has spent almost as much on repairs as she has on the vehicle. Do not buy here. They will patch a car so it looks ok, but you will be screwed shortly after purchase.
Not Ethical - Bring a mechanic with you!
Not Ethical! I was given $300 off a 2007 Chevy Aveo with 101,000 miles. Thought I got a deal with 15 day/500 miles Implied warranty. Issues day one leaving the lot, in 1 week, consistent issues was told by Gerry the service manager only if the car broke down due to engine or tranny will the repair and I pay for part. I got a full GM Diagnostic from a reputable mechanic and the car has transmission leak, engine leak and coolant leak and leaky struts besides the $450 I had to pay to clean a carbon stuck EGR Valve. Was told by Gerry that except for the ECG Valve, the those are considered "maintenance" so I would have to pay for it. How can they in all ethical standards, sell a car with those issues?
Purchased an RX350 cash. Paid dealership $399 to handle the paperwork. Since they didn't bother to check the box to have a title printed and sent to me, I now have several hours into doing the job I paid them to do. 7 weeks now and still no title.

One of, if not the biggest scam dealerships!
One of, if not the biggest scam dealerships! Bought a car on Tuesday cash for $500 more than they had on the website even though they said the price I bought it at was lowest they can go. (I didn’t see the website until I got home) I don’t even get home before a sensor comes on. I take the car in Sunday afternoon and here it is Wednesday afternoon and I still don’t have a car. Ron claims, there’s nothing they can do about it but fix it. How are people supposed to get to work when they don’t have a car, especially the car they bought less than a week ago! I’m not even available for a courtesy vehicle until tomorrow “if they have one available”.
Don’t even go there or to their site!
Bought a car from them on Tuesday and didn’t even get home before a sensor comes on. Take the car in on Sunday afternoon and here it is Wednesday afternoon and I still don’t have said car. Talked to Ron, he claims there’s nothing they can do and will fix it but it’s not his fault. I haven’t had a car for 3 days and am not eligible for a courtesy vehicle until tomorrow morning “if they have one available.” Oh, and they sold the car to me for $500 more than it was listed for on the website but they said the lowest price they could give me for a cash buy was what they sold it to me for. One of, if not the biggest scam dealerships there is!

Some cars are good and some are not.....make sure to fully inspect the vehicle.....lights, belts, brakes, tubes, gadgets, a/c and take it on a good test drive....I found all these issues and different vehicle s.....but they never denied anything in person.
Wonderful sales and customer service . Service manager is knowledgeable and professional. Cars are clean. Searched others and they were great . I will buy from them again .
I’ve bought t a 2004 GMC envoy for $6000 cost me...
I’ve bought t a 2004 GMC envoy for $6000 cost me another thousand dollars out the door the vehicle was advertised as mechanically sound no issues I get to the dealership I know more about the vehicle than two different salesman even dead I was told it it had been through their service department when actually that was a lie they didn’t even bother to check the fluids or change the oil prior to putting it on the lot. Within 24 hours of purchasing this vehicle I was coming out of the Phoenix airport tunnel when my vehicle lost engine power down to 30% leaving me stranded in the tunnel to piggyback it out to the other side. I made contact with the dealership the following day because they weren’t open on Sundays spoke with the sales manager that I had bought the vehicle from because this vehicle supposed to have a 15 day or 500 mile warranty on the drive train engine transmission etc… I took the car to a GMC dealership and have them run a diagnostic on it which I still have not come up only service engine it also came up 6% Engine oil life capacity left call mom and another service light saying reduced engine power! I was told by the dealership where I took it to be service that there was no way possible that whoever had this vehicle before me didn’t know that those two sensors were bad in the vehicle one sensor alarm cost me $613 to replace the other one is $725 to replace which I can’t afford so now after I have an $8000 invested in a vehicle it’s sitting in my driveway till I can yet do another $700 repair so that it works properly. And if this wasn’t enough, neither the privacy window or the back trunk window were operable and a key fob doesn’t work which means that you can’t set the alarm system that is installed in the vehicle. I was told by the sales manager at this dealership that none of the above would have even been covered under the 500 mile warranty and I think it’s a crock of poo poo! They are snakes they’re buying vehicles in the ones that they find out that they’ve got to put a bunch of money and they push off to cash purchase and then rip of everybody else off all the newer vehicles with high finance rates and interest payments! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to buy a vehicle here the salesman don’t know anything about the vehicles the staff pretty much was just really rude especially the sales manager I mean for god sake I only had a vehicle less than 24 hours and I was having engine power issues and for him to tell me “oh well that’s not covered under the warranty!!!” why in the xxxx I did I just hand you $7000 for a vehicle that can’t even make it 24 hours without shutting itself off leaving me in a very dangerous predicament with traffic doing 55 to 60 miles an hour in! I will be seeking legal advice & I have all the documentation that I need and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau I didn’t buy a $2500 car, I bought a $6000 vehicle CASH $6800 out the door!! One only expect it to last at least 24 hours without having to put $1400 in repairs and doing a MUCH NEEDED oil-change. Please do yourself a favor and save your pocket a heartache and don’t even step on the lot at this place!!!! They are straight up SHADY CROOKS!
