I went in to the Napleton Schaumburg Subaru for maintenance plan service. I asked if they could make sure to clean the battery post corrosion. Service desk clerk said yes. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I asked the same service desk clerk if the battery post was cleaned and he said ?yes? it was. The next day, I decided to verify that my oil levels were okay and noticed that the battery post corrosion was still there. Nothing appeared o have been touched. The email I received said that Subaru knows I ?have options when servicing your Subaru Outback? and that they ?appreciate? me choosing them. Apparently they don?t appreciate me enough to not lye to me.

Russ (DJ Russ) was phenomenal in helping me score my first ever car purchase and helping me find my dream car, my new 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. He made the buying experience fun and kept me informed without any hidden surprises. I felt very informed and felt confident going in and out of the dealership. Excellent Dealership
Excellent dealership. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable and very courteous. I am also very grateful for having had the privilege to have Alain Vilma as my Sales Consultant. He was extremely understanding about my financial situation and we were able to get a new vehicle for me and my family. I was in and out the door in under 4 hours and on a busy Saturday and having to deal with financing. I highly recommend these guys!

STAY AWAY!!! Company uses deceptive sales tactics to charge for extra warranties while avoiding to disclose full amount of the warranty cost! Sales person was Charles and finance person is Nick I believe. In addition they have slipped in a 2nd extended warranty contract with pile of paperwork that was ready for signing hoping I won’t notice and I didn’t until I got first bill from financing bank stating what I owe. Dealership effectively charged me extra $4,000 for warranties I didn’t want and are now refusing to cancel them for a pro-rated refund. I have been trying to get a hold of them but they keep avoiding me and transferring to different employees. TERRIBLE customer service! I ended up paying 38K for the car and they couldn’t even put in all four screws on my license plate, wheel rims have sticker residue (it was dark when I bought the car and they knew I couldn’t see it). Worst car buying experiences I ever had in my life! Chris at the dealer refused to cancel and refund one of the two warranties and said that full refund for other one will be posted in about 4-6 weeks, that was almost 3 months ago and I still haven't received any payment. Its time for a lawsuit!!
