Terrible dealership
Absolutely DO NOT purchase a vehicle here. Bought a vehicle and the alternator and pulleys went out after a week. Soon as I contact them about warranty, dealership ignores me. Call multiple times and soon as I mention warranty they hang up. Emails ignored, texts ignored. Very shady, zero integrity

Ivan was good in helping, though prices they did not bring down but still feel happy, certain features were not properly defined and explained that's the only glitch I had.
Terrible Dealer
Extremely disappointed with the unethical sales practices at this dealer. I put down a $1,000 deposit on a new car to hold it for five days, and then they sold the to someone else anyway. I understand cars are in short supply right now, but this dealer will do anything to grab some extra cash. Buyer beware. Go to a different Mazda dealer.
Easy and Smooth Process
Great Experience! My family and I went in looking for a used car and after exploring different options we ended up buying a new Mazda. The sales team was very upfront about pricing and all the paperwork was handled very rapidly.
New Car Scratched Up Dealership Refuse To Fix
Absolutely terrible dealership. Purchased a brand new 2021 Mazda 3 and after signing the papers I was given a scratched up car. Told the salesman he said they’ll get it fixed. I had to call them for weeks and I was told “call back tomorrow” every time so I called Mazda Corporate and the dealership finally ordered the part only 1 issue out for 3 issues. The other scratched up parts thrown under the rug. So I kept fighting for the other scratches to be fixed and nothing happened, all I got was a disrespectful service manager that told me it wasn’t their fault and they will not do anything to fix it. By the way Mazda Corporate has it all documented with pictures but some how in his head its not the dealerships fault. As a first time new car buyer I expect perfection and not scratches, terrible customer service, and a bad attitude service manager. If you want a brand new car and have it scratched up come to Napleton Schaumburg Mazda. Seriously DO NOT BUY HERE they don’t care about their customers. All they care about is themselves and their money. Only positive thing of the place is the salesman Christian Gillespie. Great guy and kept me comfortable. He wasn’t pushy or anything negative.

Horrible negotiation
After doing all my research on a used 2012 Mazda 5, looking and driving the vehicle they had, noticed it will need new tires fairly soon and tried to slip it by me that the ENGINE MOUNT was broken, they didn’t want to accept my reasonable offer and said “ no worries, someone else will buy it” WITH A BROKEN ENGINE MOUNT!!!! They basically lost a car sale for $200…. All because dealers are price gouging used cars right now. Horrible that they would even try to sell this car with a Broke Engine Mount and not even accept my offer…. Knowing they only paid a few thousand for it on a trade in.
Hello Dave, we are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, your story is not quite accurate...our manager agreed to both take your offered price lower than our online price, including fixing the engine mount (which the part had not arrived yet). When the total including tax title and license was detailed on the purchase order, you then lowered your offer further and insulted our employees. A sale would have occurred if you had honored your word. After looking into it further, our records indicate that in fact you have contacted every one of the stores in our group in the last several months, each time offering roughly half of the online price and proceeding to insult our employees after we explain that our vehicles are aggressively priced already and do not have that kind of negotiation room. We're not sure what to say except to please treat people better in the future.
Worst experience ever.
I had previously ( two weeks )bought a cx5 2018 pre-Owen from Mazda crystal lake, no up charge on pre-owned, my wife loved it so looked for a red one for her. Found one at Napletons Schaumburg and my horror story started, they charged me $900 extra because it was pre/owned , the finance manager blatantly lied about the service insurance contract, turned out to be useless, tied to cancel but he ignored 1 text 2 registered- nothing. Upon getting home l noticed that l had no 160 point checklist, l then checked the cabin filter and it was dirty as was the engine filter ( greasy finger prints) there was a total of eight boxes NOT ticked off on the checklist. I took the car back and the service manager changed the filters meanwhile a sales manager whom l had never dealt with or seen before came out and said l couldn’t have the CUSTOMERS COPY of the checklist, l told him he was being stupid so he stormed off!!! The service manager had finished my car he then gave me the copy l had requested that John P had inexplicably refused to give me and said his mechanics were so busy they had no time to wipe their hands ( hence the greasy fingerprints) and as far as the unticked boxes quote “ if the cars running ok now then it’s probably going to be ok ???the two cars l bought were identical years close mileage and condition but the Schaumburg dealership was horrible.
Thank you very much for taking the time to provide with some feedback. However, I remember the first time you and I talked on the phone and I was the one that insisted in you bringing the car in, so we could look at the filters and properly service the car. Once the car was here I remember our service department replacing the filters per your request. The service department also provided you with a copy of the inspection sheet. Really hope we can keep you as part of the Napleton family and I will be more than happy to cover your next oil change. Sincerely, Jonathan Proano 847-882-5050 ext 312

I leased a new Mazda SUV for my wife. Patrick, our salesman, and Jon, the sales manager, treated my wife and me with the utmost courtesy and absolutely no pressure. What I appreciated most about my experience was how Patrick and Jon made sure to communicate directly to my wife for whom the car was for. So that was my experience. I would recommend highly that if you visit this dealership hook up with Patrick!!
