This is the worse customer service department

The service department is the worse,it took almost a half hour for someone to wait on me. And they waited on people that pulled up after me before me unacceptable business. Then it took almost a half hour to get my paperwork so I could leave. The customer service department just doesn’t care about taking care of there customers. Very sad that this is how you do business. Will be looking for anther place that actually will take care of you.

So after coming in for services for my vehicles n then working for the company I came to realized how bad n disrespectful Oscar the manager can be .. for a whole month I'm been trying to get car in for warranty work n I was denied but I was able to work on customer cars n do people warranty.. but when it came to getting my warranty done I wasn't able to even get my own done I had 2 RO'S TICKET MADE FOR MY VEHICLE .. the 1 ro ticket was closed for no reason or explaination n then my 2nd ro ticket was closed as no work done as well !! So OSCAR THE MANAGER CLOSED MY WORK N COULDNT GET MY WARRANTY WORK .. but it was okay when I was bring my other 3 vehicles in for cash work n that could be done so its okay to take my money from me but I haven't able to get my warranty done so I quit the job !!! Never had a disrespectful manager ever in my life n then his always to busy you could barely talk to him only when he needs you his available.. he will tell everybody his busy when his always in his office sitting down looking busy! I got played he made promises he can't fulfill n was not okay with that !! I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back to this place specially when he dennied to do any of my warranty work

I was told the vehicle I was purchasing was new but as we were ready to leave we noticed it had almost 2000 miles on the odometer. I had put down $10,000 on the vehicle and signed all the papers so I was now on the hook for the vehicle. When I went to speak to the manager he told me the vehicle had never been registered so technically it was a new vehicle. They refused to lower the price and offered me a free free oil changed instead. Just be aware that if you go there this is the kind of people you're dealing with.

Don't make an appointment for service at Napleton, they won't honor it. I had an appointment and when I arrived they told me to leave the car and they'd try to get to it in 4 or 5 days.

Our experience was terrible. We made an appointment online for our AC to be serviced but when we got there, the advisor said the appointment was to speak with him, not have our car serviced. Why would someone make an appointment to speak to an advisor when you can call them on the phone??? Then he proceeded to tell us they couldn't see our car until the next day in the afternoon. Note: our appointment was 8:30am on a Thursday. After calling several times and leaving many messages on Friday afternoon, I was finally able to speak to someone on the phone who said they didn't know if our car was finished. Finally, the advisor called and said it would be $2,300.00 for what needed to be done. We respectfully declined and said we would pick our car up the next day which would have been Saturday. When we arrived, they gave us the keys, and when we opened the passenger door noticed our AC blower was laying on the ground and our glove compartment was on the seat. Nothing had been put back together. We let them know and left for a little bit to give them time to fix it. When we came back, the air was blowing hot and they didn't even put the carpet back the right way. Note: when we brought the car in, it was blowing cold. They said they had to let all the freon out and didn't put any back in. After speaking with a manager and complaining about all this mess, he said he would fill it all the way back up with freon, not just a little which is what they were planning to do, to compensate for all the inconveniences. So we had to wait even longer for them to do that. We will never use them again and do not recommend them.

Worst dealer around!!

Worst experience I have ever had buying a new car, from day one that I purchase a 45,000 dollars Grand Cherokee plus purchased a tire, wheels and paint less warranty which is worth less when trying to use it, I had nothing but frustration dealing with incompetent, unprofessional people. Last mouth went in for service oil change which I waited over 3 hours. Then the service advisor order a tire to replace a defect tire I have and still waiting to hear from them. I rather pay out of pocket then to go back to this xxxx hole.!!!!!

If I can give less I would. To All my contractors!! BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! I just bought an $80000 truck from this store I brought it in for a oil change they messed up on my oil change by putting synthetic oil when I went in there for regular oil change they lost my wheel lock I went in there to pay they overcharged me $165.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. I walked in there today to get a refund they kicked me out because I started asking questions about why they put synthetic oil on my truck when I go in there for regular oil And they have no answer on why they put synthetic oil then overcharged me so the best result was they decided to kick me out the store and told me to go get maintenance somewhere else after spending $80000 on a truck. Not one time did I get loud with them just Simply asked Why did u put synthetic oil instead of regular. That doesn't justify getting kicked out and told to get service elsewhere. U messed up not the customer!!!!

Bad services my truck is been 5 times and today go pick up do not turn on veper and go see it crash. I been having lot problems with this Ram 2500 longhorn is been crazy now they have new manager services let see to Monday that they said I am 😡 mad this Truck
