Napleton Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I purchased my 2019 Jeep Cherokee from Napleton dealership. This was 3 vehicle I have purchased from them. I have made 2 appointments for service, I check engine light. On Sunday, waited 30 minutes. Was told no one available to drive me home. I Know this can be 3 hour wait. Wasted trip and time. Wrote them email, someone called me, made second appointment. Waited 1 hour to be told there short handed. They can't check it until next week!!! They wanted me to leave the car, they have no loaner cars available. This service department is a joke. Don't waste your time making appointments. Don't make appointments if CAN Not service the vehicle!!! Spoke with one of sales manager and was told check with another dealership? Certified used vehicle, can't take to any one. I guess I buy my next vehicle somewhere else also. DON'T WASTE your TIME here

I recently brought may car in for service. Usually the car started on the press of the start button but it was requiring me to hold it in to start. But it was starting. The troubleshooting is the buy the $450 start switch and see if that works. But it hasn't shown up. And there is no communication. Yesterday I walked down to ask about status and was told they were waiting for approval to buy the switch. However, no one had asked for approval. I expect it would have sat there forever had I not arrived or at least until someone wondered what that Chrysler 200 was doing sitting there in the maintenance shop. I have had this problem continuously at this dealership. Usually it is after it is fixed and no one calling me to tell me it's ready. They have fixed punctured tires and performed routine service adequately but the lack of communication and shotgun troubleshooting means I cannot recommend this dealership for repairs beyond bodywork. Even if they fix your problem it is going to be outrageously expensive. They don't seem to know how to use a meter.

I was told by a sales person on the floor that 97% of the five star reviews are paid reviews. Please DO NOT STEP FOOT IN THIS DEALERSHIP They want it there way or no way. If you refuse to read the dissatisfied reviews abed choose to go here anyway. Just know you have been warned.

One of the worst dealerships I’ve been to. Forget if you know what you’re talking about. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP THEY DONT NOT CARE AND WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!! They will try to charge you 10000 plus on the vehicle you wish to purchase
