Service said I could wait on truck when I called for app then at dealer I had to leave for a few days just for diagnostic The service people could not care a less Just go elsewhere

We were in Florida on vacation and our Jeep got a flat

We were in Florida on vacation and our Jeep got a flat tire on the way to Disney. We called the dealership and spoke to Jay and he was amazing!! He found he tire in their stock, and let us drop off the damaged tire. While we spent the day in Disney they took care of putting the new tire on the rim and mounted the tire for us when we brought the Jeep back. Jay took a horrible experience and made the process so easy. We cannot recommend this dealership enough. They took care of us and allowed us to enjoy our day in Disney.

Big thanks to Jay Torres at the service department. Very efficient and valued my time. This was my first service with my new Dodge Challenger and it went beyond smooth. Most dealership services can be a nightmare, but Jay took care of me immediately upon my appointment. I dropped the car off expecting it to take all day which actually only took a few hours. Jay really ensured my service got done and Emmy car performed beyond its standard. This is yet another time where I had to make a review for this dealership because my experiences have been nothing short of amazing. Please Napleton award or compensate my new friend Jay for his hard work

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FRIM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Salesman Carlos was not honest about any part of the deal. I went in to buy a NEW vehicle. The paper work I signed indicated there was 36 miles on the vehicle. Cash deal and I was still there 4 1/2 hours doing paperwork!!!! Carlos never offered me to see the vehicle I was purchasing but that is also my fault I didn’t ask. I left the dealership at 12:45 and was told to come back at 3pm and it would be ready. Yup you got it not ready and had to wait another 1 1/2 hours. Finally in the vehicle and driving off… I looked at the mileage and it was not 36 miles like the paperwork I signed but 1500 miles. Friday morning I had to go pick up the other key because they said it had to be programmed… Get there they need the car to program the key. Ok. I went and confronted my salesman Carlos about the mileage on the vehicle. At that point he decided to tell me the car was a demo. NEVER once during the buying and signing the paperwork was I told I was buying a demo. No book with the vehicle. Carlos said he would bring the book to my house around noon on Friday 2/11. STILL WAITING!!! Not even a phone call. This was the WORST car buying experience I have EVER had and I am 79.

Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer.
