I bought a 2015 Cadillac XTS in February. One week later I brought it back because of front suspension repair. Paid for a second opinion from Delaware Cadillac and found out to have a bad strut. Same thing MYCAR said. "Due to COVID" i had to wait months for the car to be repaired, only to find out last month when the car started to make the same noise, that the strut was never replaced. It cost me $1300 dollars to get it repaired at Delaware Cadillac, who told me the strut was never replaced. I tried to speak to Junior to settle for half of the bill but never got a call back. I work hard and take care of my family, $1300 right before Christmas was a hit to the pockets. All I ask for is fairness and a hint of honesty. It was not given here. Do not deal with this company. Not disgruntled, just disappointed. Thought about suing but just don't have the patience. I'll let God sort it out. Please take my advice.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Chevy Tahoe from My Car. We shopped around for weeks; but no one could match their prices. We decided to make the trip to My Car. When we arrived the sales rep took the time to put together the best deal to fit our needs. This was definitely our best sales experience. We will definitely be back to My Car in the future!

Scammer - bought a car with WARRANTY from dealer, it broke down within a week and given that it was under warranty they didn't even return my calls. I had to pay extra to get it fixed

These guys are scammers, beware! They got us approved for financing a BMW 7 Series, said they would handle registration and everything. 7 months have passed since we purchased the car. In that time, Junior has tried to raise the APR on us, payments went up from $600 to $900, the car STILL is not registered and they keep lying to us and dodging our calls. Expect a lawsuit soon, these guys are HORRIBLE.

My Car sells nice cars with a excellent price. If you found a car you want from them, just go buy it immediately. Otherwise, others will do it in a next minute. Junior is a easygoing guy. There’s no way you can find other dealer like this around DE area. I enjoyed the entire process with my purchase. Not sure why someone blame on the dealer when they could not purchase a car. Phone call agreement? What the xxxx is that. How about I told them I go purchase their car next year and give them 1 star if they sell it to others. You paid for mechanic to check out the car. That’s your problem. There’s nothing to do with the dealer. The dealer did not receive any money for that. ‘First Come First Serve’ that how you run a business. My Car doesn’t take deposit on any cars, which mean If you really want the car, please make sure you are waiting outside before the dealer opens. That’s how i did on most of my purchase. You and me both knew what’s in the car. Even The dealer markup that car $10k more, it’s still worth it. PS: I was there 3 days before you check out the car. Either way, you are not the first anyway.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with any purchase. I agreed to a price with Junior on the phone and I drove down the next day from NY! 5 minutes from arriving, they told me that someone offered 2k more than asking so they're already drawing up paperwork for them. They knew I was coming and we verbally agreed to every detail of the sale. I had even sent in my credit app an hour before arriving as Junior requested. Please don't reward dealers like this -- buy a car from anywhere else.

I'm sorry to hear your opinion about us Daniel. Unfortunately the GSF with RR RANCING KIT you were interested in was a very rare and particular vehicle. Like you being from NY, we had people from all over the states trying to purchase this car site unseen. Unfortunately it was all timing, and like you, many others missed out on this rare vehicle. Only difference is that they understood the loss of opportunity due to their timing, and were mature about not putting the dealer at fault. It was also brought to my attention that Junior offered you the car first at the same price before you arrived, and you refused. Unfortunately the gentleman arrived at the dealership before you ( came all the way from PA ). Thank you Daniel for your intreast in our inventory.

The price we verbally negotiated on was almost $500 more at the time of purchase. Beware of the internet prices and the final actual selling price of the car. Junior, please reach out to me asap! Thanks!
