David Strickland made the whole process easy. I have a mustang ordered and he has been helpful with that whole process as well. With chip shortages and unknown delivery we needed a cheap point A to point B car so I contacted David about a EcoSport. The only thing we have to get used to is having a quiet car. This is our first compact SUV and our only non V8. Despite that we are all very happy with the EcoSport. It had some bad reviews on a rough ride but not sure where those came from. It's a great ride, quiet, great on fuel, & has plenty of room for the 4 of us. I was a little concerned about the back seat space being small. I rode in the back and put my daughter up front. I am 6' and had plenty of room and was comfortable. It seems tight getting in but the way the front seats are angled in the back I had pleanty of leg room. It is a really practical point A to point B car. I would reccomend it at this point and we have only been driving it for 4 days.

I can't trust Murray Ford in Kingsland GA with my vehicle. I took the truck in for a recall part replacement. My truck tags were stolen off the back of the truck while on their lot. They told me it wasn't their problem and they aren't liable. I've never had this happen at any other dealership.
Tried to buy a vehicle
I tried to buy a car from them multiple times, but they could not deliver. I had to go to Autonation in Jacksonville to get what I wanted. I really wanted to keep the money in Camden County, but the head of sales was a jerk, so we walked out and went south. They pull their little stunts to try and keep you there and then they don't deliver. The picture of the guy I dealt with is not below - he would have gotten the lowest rating,

I contacted this dealership about a truck. They stated over the phone that the vehicle was still available and that they would put the vehicle on “reserve” for me. I told them that I lived about an hour away and that I would head down. After driving the 87 miles with my one year old son I arrive to the dealership only to find that the vehicle was on a test drive another person who would soon be the new owner of said truck. My gas tank was filled up by them as a “sorry for the inconvenience” and I was sent on my way back home. I don’t have a problem with them selling the vehicle but don’t promise me it’s available and to hold it when it’s not knowing that I was driving from 90 miles away. Would not recommend doing business with them if this is how they operate. I will add that Sam was extremely nice and helpful and I’m sure is a great salesman.

We bought a car from there a couple months ago. They sold us a car that had a lot of problems. For example,they didn’t put any oil in it. They sold me a car that had bugs in it. The spark plugs were completely burnt. When I put it in reverse on occasion the car won’t even move. I would not recommend anybody go to this dealership. I feel that it was completely and utterly disrespectful to sell somebody a car with this many problems. Not to mention they fixed it enough to where it wouldn’t have any problems for about a month so that when the problems did started to pop up it would be on me. That’s completely disrespectful. this was my first car and I was so excited to come to this dealership. So disappointed.

I brought my 2017 F350 Platinum here on multiple occasions and always received great service. So, I opted to trade it in last year on a 2020 Ford Escape Titanium through the same dealership who provided good service. I recently brought it in for an issue with the sunroof. I was told the part they thought it was ended up not being the right part, so I could pick it up and they'd call me when the right part came in. In my F350, an $80k+ car, service was immaculate, even though I didn't buy from them. In my Escape, a $40k car purchased through them, they left tools in the floorboard, the driver's seatbelt not working properly and the entire sunroof mechanism not even working. Their level of care for their repeat customers is crazy. I am beyond irritated with this company and will make all attempts to have people avoid this dealership for service. They didn't bother stating the sunroof didn't work, just gave it back to me and told me they'd call when the part was ready.
