Dealer doesn’t update online inventory often enough. Vehicle listed but wasn’t available. Slow to respond to inquiry. Dissatisfied with experience.
Hi David, Our inventory updates on the website several times per day so it can take 6-12 hours for a sold vehicle to be removed from the website. It can also take a few days for a sold vehicle to be removed from the listing sites like Cars.com and AutoTrader.com. I hope that helps!
None responsive and lack of knowledge
I tried to give the place the benefit of the doubt but every time I keep getting no information or answers from anyone. I find it weird the internet sales specialist would use a gmail account and not a "ford" or "business" account to contact me about a internet build. Even when you put your order online you still have to give description of exact model you want accessory by accessory, shouldn't the website send them what it is exactly it is that I want. I called to make sure that the email from said person was real and they confirmed he was, when asked why they use personal account I just got a "I don't know". This is the same dealer that said I would have to pay 700 a month for a fusion with my trade in which is pretty crazy giving that I didn't own that much on trade in. Maybe one time this place was great but everyone here now seems to not know what they're doing and never giving a response back from email or phone once you reach out to them. I'm sure they're are some professional people but I guess I could not get them.

2020 Ford Explorer
dropped off my 2020 explorer to mullinx for service at 7am .for an oil change , drivers seat control arm that fell off side of seat , a/c making noise at times. and trans shifting into 2nd and 3rd gear hard. received a call at 1pm stating that my explorer oil change was completed and the control arm was ordered was for the wrong seat. and the a/c sound is a common sound. after I picked up my suv the explorer on board computer was still stating that the oil change was not completed . As soon as I pulled into my driveway the a/c stopped working . I will not take my suv back there

Don't buy here. Robert Reed and Ashley in finance just don't care. I have been lied to, discriminated against and played games with. I have bought two vehicles from this dealer in the past. Never again. Worst dealer ever. They are Sneaky and liars. Beware. Go to Jarrett Ford or Weickert Ford they are honest and fast and do not discriminate.
