Great new car buying experience
The team at Mountain States is great, they were fast, fun and friendly to deal with. Great vibe in the dealership of existing customers getting service and showroom customers buying a new or used car. I would buy from this dealership again, I highly recommend them if you want a no nonsense car buying experience. Kudo's to Christian and my finance guy Jesse, they made me feel like family!

Pleasant transaction
I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle - both Tacomas - from Mt. States, and just like the 1st time, this transaction went very well. I worked with Juan Casillas, and he did a great job of making me feel comfortable the whole time. I appreciate that he didn't try to pressure me into anything. The only part I'd like to see improvement in is the time it took to finalize everything on the day I picked up my new truck. Even without having to do any financing it still took close to 3 1/2 hrs. which is much more than I was anticipating.

Harassment to renew the factory warranty
If you buy a car from this dealership you will be harassed to extend your warranty to the point you will wish you had never done business with them. I bought a car nearly three years ago and Tim VanBinsbergen thinks it’s funny to continually email about extending the warranty. I’ve told him repeatedly to stop, but the emails keep coming. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.
I apologize that you have had problems getting your email removed from our system. The email you are receiving is a periodic email that goes out to remind our guests of their warranties expiring. On a daily basis, we have many guests come into Service who are shocked when they find out their warranty has expired. This email is just how we try to keep our guests informed on the status of their warranties. We would be happy to remove you from our email system.
