Frustrating from start to finish
Let's start with they don't answer their phone, don't return messages, can't get hold of anyone to talk to now that I paid them. Buying the car was a mess of miscommunication, non-communication, 'oh I forgot to mention that', after market items I specifically mentioned I didn't want that got installed anyway, and it goes on.
I am very sorry you have had trouble reaching us on the phone. I would like to know who you have left messages with. I have checked with everyone you have had interactions with in the last 3 months and none of them have received a voicemail from you. As far as the aftermarket items go, you DID tell us to install those items and then changed your mind. Before you called to tell us you changed your mind we had already installed them…and we still didn’t charge you for them anyway. I am having a very hard time understanding what you would be upset about in regards to the aftermarket items. Please feel free to give me a call so we can discuss. On Friday, I discovered that the windshield wiper on the driver's side of my Prius was broken. I needed it fixed quickly, since it was supposed to rain over the weekend. I spoke to a young man in service and explained that my problem could probably be solved in a matter of minutes by buying the part and having a technician install it. But he insisted that my only option was to schedule an appointment, and that there were no appointment slots available until the end of the month -- more than three weeks away. He was adamant that I had no other options. I called another Toyota dealer, which also had a full appointment schedule but got me in immediately and solved the problem (it took only a few minutes). Why was this so difficult, Mountain States? I already have a 105,000-mile service scheduled with Mountain States on Aug. 30, and now I'm seriously considering switching to that other Toyota dealer. Customer service? Very disappointing. Common sense? Completely lacking.

Toyota Tundra 2019
Had a very good experience, friendly staff and our salesman went out of his way to make our purchase as pleasant as possible. I wish I would have looked the Tundra over a little better before we drove it off the lot. We found some superficial things that might have impacted our final deal, however, not a deal breaker. (I was and is a used pickup)!!!
