They didn’t do one thing they say they do on the list when you get ur car back! Car wash not done windows fluid not filled wait two hours to feel like they didn’t do anything

We knew how difficult buying a 4 runner PRD was at this time. Waits were long! We contacted Andrue online and he was able to find a car that met our needs. We requested a few additional items to customize our car and he worked with us to do this. As we got nearer to our car coming in, we were transferred to a different person who was terrific. Originally Andrue didn?t seem to order the extra parts but Joe was able to get them in and on our car with little wait. The buying process was easy, no pressure to buy what we didn?t want. Joe and Jesse were kind, easy to work with and excited for us purchasing our car. They took an interest in us as people.

Joe Solis was an amazing sales person and support. He listened to all of my needs and was patient as I test drove a few cars. He made the financing process as easy as possible and helped me compre prices. I was out the door in no time! 10/10 recommend, and suggest you see Joe for help.

After miraculously surviving a bad accident in Boulder Canyon that totaled her Rav4; my daughter-in-law needed a replacement vehicle. She was not looking forward to the stress of car buying. Being a very happy 2 time customer of Mountain States Toyota; I called and made an appointment for her to test drive some used vehicles on May 11th. When I met Randy Hendricks I explained the situation. He treated her with the care, patience and kindness of family that exemplifies the very reason I am a customer for life. She found a car she loved but wanted to come back the next day with my son. Randy was exceptional at explaining all of the financing options and at no time did he pressure her in any way.
