2013 Infiniti jx35

Great experience came in to motozone over a year ago and bought a 2013 Infiniti jx35 and honestly couldn't pick a better dealer to buy it from I got it for a good price and the car runs great didn't have to do anything to the car since I bought it other than changed the brakes and oil change I put over 45k on it since I bought it and it's been Incredible !!!!!! Highly recommend this dealer for anybody planning to buy a used car they also give a 3 months warranty with their cars but honestly the cars don't really need them

2009 Honda Accord

Found this Dealer during a search for a Honda Accord with low mileage. I saw that they had a 2009 Honda Accord EXL with 45K miles. This auto was loaded with all amenities, leather, power seats, moon/sun roof and a great sound system. I spoke to the owner who has been at this location for approximately 4 years. This dealership mostly purchases and cherry picks high end vehicles like BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Infinity and other high end used automobiles. The owners name is Mo and we had good discussions before and after I test drove the car. I noticed that the brakes were a little spongy so I had them put the car on the rack and removed a wheel. The brakes indeed needed replacement. There was no problem or resistance from the dealer and so I signed a contract with the promise that all four brakes and rotors would be replaced. Everything was solid once the brakes were replaced, and I could not be happier. I put down a deposit and picked up the Accord about 3 days later. Everyone, every employee, was helpful and courteous. The owner is a very honest man and stands behind his sales. I have had the car now for 3 weeks and it purrs like a kitten. Very pleased and happy with my experience.

Found this Dealer during a CARFAX search for a Honda Accord with low mileage. I saw that they had a 2009 Honda Accord EXL with 45K miles. I was very pleased with the experience buying a vehicle here tonight. My wife and I got a 10 year old Honda Pilot with right about 100,000 miles in almost absolutely perfect shape for a reasonable price. They weren't too interested in coming down on their advertised price, but we were able to negotiate a deal we were happy with trading in our old car and felt we got a fair price for it toward the cost of the Pilot. It took us a while to decide for sure after seeing that they were pretty firm on their price, but ultimately we were okay paying a little more than we hoped because of how nice the vehicle was. I think we got lucky finding the exact vehicle here that we wanted in truly almost flawless condition and relatively very low miles, but regardless we're extremely happy. The cars come with a 3 month warranty, and although I don't expect to need it, they assured me that if anything is wrong, I can just give them a call and they'll make it right. We came for this exact Pilot and didn't look at any other vehicles, but glancing around, it looks like everything they sell is in really nice shape. The store itself is in the back of a big lot, maybe 75 yards or so from the street. You would have no idea it was there if you weren't looking for it. It had a very different feel from the many dumpy, stereotypical used car lots nearby. These guys seem to take pride in their cars and want to make an honest sale. I talked with the owner as well as another guy who works there, and they were both very friendly and reasonable and seemed honest. I had no sense at all that they were being shady or pushy. They were up front with me about how they value their cars and how they value trade-ins. We did not need financing, but it sounds like they can offer some sort of financing. We paid literal cash on top of our trade-in, and the whole process was quick and easy. They do accept credit cards, but they charge an additional 3% fee for it, which is understandable. I'm not sure if they would take a personal check, but we brought enough cash so I didn't ask. I'm normally pretty wary of used car lots, but this place is an exception. I would definitely recommend it. We drove nearly two hours to come here, and it was worth it.

What a waste of time. Drove out there to find out only one finance company 35% At a 6.9 credit rating??? Hmm not! something just didn't feel right to me i walked away. Most places would want to call a different bank i think he gets a cut! Run away fast look local newspapers or Craig's list. Bad juju

Sorry about that, but i do not understand why they gave us 1 star review while we do not offer any kind of finance in our dealership. we ask the customer who interesting to get a finance to bring there own finance from there own bank or we can referring them to some banks they do finance for them, so we are not charge in any kind of finance and we do not determinate the interest rate. we just connect the customers with the bank and they deal between each other. I hope if you can contact us and explain that to you and remove the 1 star review. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.

Very disappointed

I drove from northern Minnesota to Illinois for a 2006 Pilot one owner car with 80,000 miles on it. I relied on this dealership's reputation and reviews. I spoke with the dealership about the vehicle and put a deposit on it till I could arrive. I was assured that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. They were selling it at a premium price after all, right ($9,000)? After arriving the car had issues that were never mentioned such as a noisy fan motor, which they didn't offer to fix. The spare tire was literally dangling from underneath, topsy turvy. Although the Pilot was never listed on Carfax as having been in an accident, there was a bad paint job done on the back left side of the car and later my mechanic informed me that the car had been in an accident and he could see considerable damage underneath the car. The rubber step-up on the bumper was also unattached and they didn't offer to glue that back down.. Now having owned the car for 3 months, there is considerable rust coming through on the left back fender and the rocker panel on the drivers side. For the price they were asking for the car they should have made sure that any existing rust was taken care of better than that. I certainly don't appreciate them claiming this car to demand the top price when it clearly was not in that condition. I was also told that they would "fill up" the gas tank for me. When I got in to drive home, they had filled it only half full! WOW!!! Maybe many buyers have walked away with a good deal and a very nice car, but my case was not so. Very, very disappointed in the rust that was not so taken care of and instead only hidden to get the car sold. Unethical for getting the price they got on the car, all the while assuring me I could trust their reputation. Did I mention that they tried to tack on extra charges for "detailing" the car????

2008 Mercedes C300 4Matic

I bought a Mercedes from Moto Zone about a year ago. I?m still very happy with the car! I knew the car was strong and reliable when I test drive it. But that is because I know Mercedes. If you don?t know about the car that you are buying, I will recommend that you take a mechanic friend with you or? just pay for the guaranty. In my case I took the car to a mechanic the week after. Here is what the mechanic found: 1- The car was involved in some crash (look like it was minor) and it didn?t show in the Carfax report. Maybe they never report it. Anyways, looks like the bumper was replaced. 2- The paint wasn?t original. And whoever did the painting job, it didn?t do a good job. There was some tape remains in the bumper. 3- The bakes pad and rotors needed replacement. No badly but I did it anyways for safety reasons. 4- The driver seat had a little tear. So why I?m still giving Moto Zone 5 starts? I got a good deal, even after replacing the brakes ($600) and the other little fixes. Why I didn?t complain about it? Now I have a solid Mercedes with new brakes. Life is good.

Very good customer service especially after sales. They did an adjustment in the price after sales to cover some cost of some miner repairs which they do not have to do that. I really appreciate that. Highly recommended.

From beginning to end my experience with Moto Zone owner Al was fantastic, he was really helpful , and he was not pushy. The sales lot had a lot of nice cars. I felt good about the purchase of my new Honda Audi. The sales lot is nice , and the staff are nice too! I would highly recommend this dealer.
