I called the service department to schedule a transmission fluid and filter change on my 1991 Chrysler. The women who answered the phone said she had to check with her supervisor, she then told me they did not work on those cars.

One thing that was not brought to my attention and should have been. My Jeep came without a spare, not even one of those "donuts". I am not sure why a spare tire was not included but, I should have been told. Every other new car I have ever purchased had a spare!!!
