Nooo! This place is a joke. The service manager is a joke. Do not waste your time or money going to Monroe Dodge. They are scammers and it’s sickening. They claim they don’t accept the tire and wheel protection that I have through Dodge. Patched my tires without making sure with me first, resulting in my warranty being voided on two of my tires and they don’t care to try to resolve the issue. They continue to lie. If you like being lied to and having the run around then this is the place for you.

I would have gave a zero if there was an option. Let me just say that I completely had a great experience with Jason Kangars my sales person class act guy. My issue is with this business doing poor business and not owning what they should own when it comes to the product that you pay so much money for. Their sales manager is truly the most disrespectful manager I have ever dealt with he cuts you off as you are trying to express your concern and tries to turn what you are saying into what he needs it to sound like to cover the poor service that he is delivering to you in that moment. Very disappointed in a dealership that I use to think was one of the best in my hometown. Clearly will never buy another product from this dealership and I hope you all take my word and reach out to another dealership versus going here. Trust me they sell damaged vehicles at brand new vehicles prices and then tell you because you get employee pricing that your out of luck. Good luck to all potential customers.
