Fast and easy buying process

Found a suv online that I was interested in. Set up a test drive with Salesman Andy. He was able to get my preapproval started prior to the test drive to speed up the buying process. Andy was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience great. Was in and out with my new car in an hour.

I always receive great service on my car with rides back and forth from work. This time I asked them to replace my wiper blades to the good silent ones that came with the car and I love them. Last couple years I have been getting them from a parts store and they never lasted long and made tons of noise. I will always have them changed by the dealership now and they were cheaper than the part stores.

If I could post a ZERO I would. While I really liked the salesman and he gave us a great deal the service was HORRIBLE FRAUD. We even paid for an extended warranty and noticed corrosion on hood THAT IS COVERED UNDER CHRYSLER WARRANTY. 11 months later I called Monroe Dodge to have repaired under Warranty and was denied stating it wasn't covered due to my being a 2nd owner!! WHAT??? Needless to say I went to CHARLIES DODGE in Maumee and the body shop REPAIRED UNDER CHRYSLER WARRANTY correctly with no charge to me. MONROE gives fair prices. BUT THEY DO NOT BACK ANY WARRANTY SERVICE.

The past couple months have been bad with this place......I took my truck in to have it looked at it was making a ticking sound. Mind you I was told it was the common hemi tick. As time went on it got louder and louder so I took it in again after doing some research on my own and found out it was the exhaust manifold. Once I told them, they looked at it and low and behold it was the exhaust manifold go figure. They told me it would take about 2 days to get the part in and complete , 2 days past no phone call not even an update since the first couple hours after I dropped it off after diagnosing the problem that I already told them what was wrong with the truck. Also my check engine light was on but it was a evap code which was just a simple fix “ replacing the gas cap” so that wouldn’t add any extra time for completion. Lucky for me it was covered under warranty. So I thought, I was only supposed to pay a hundred dollar deductible but when I called the truck was supposed to be done they told me it was it was gonna be 250 dollars because my warranty didn’t cover the heat shields that came with the exhaust manifold,heat shields only cost 30 bucks a piece. which raised it to like 170 bucks with tax, but still couldn’t figure out why it was 250. the service advisor told me also “Shop supplies” weren’t covered those examples given to me were shop rags etc. But after the service tech talked with the manager it went down to 210 and then back to 170 couldn’t make up their minds but in the mean time my truck was still not done and this is day 3. Day 4 was the same, truck still not done but i was told it would be done at the end of the day. So I wait.....call at the end of the day and nope still not done. They apologize and they said it would be done first thing in the morning the next day. I wake up eagerly awaiting the call, I get the call around noon and it’s finally done!!!! I pick it up and leave. Few days later my check engine light comes back on! Same evap code I call them and make an appointment get it in the next day, I was told the same line we’ll get it done by the end of the day, can you take a guess what happened you got it it wasn’t done. So I call the next day and I need my truck for work because the dealer ship don’t have any rentals for me to rent super inconvenient but at this point hey I’m used to it right, THE TRUCK WAS THERE FOR 2 DAYS AND WASNT EVEN LOOKED AT!!! I picked it up and made another appointment for 2 days later. After it was fixed that day finally it was done when they said it would be done, or I thought, this story doesn’t end here, there’s more. About a week after, my check engine light came back on. At this point, I give up and say screw it obviously they can’t fix it. So fast forward a couple weeks I’m washing my truck in my drive way and notice that they didn’t put a my wheel well liner back on my truck so I call them have the service advisor check and luckily it is still there the mechanic wondered why he had a extra part in his bay. I ask service advisor that since that they forgot to put a part on my truck could they do anything for me he went and talked to his manager and the advisor came back with a free oil change mind you I have my next 10 oil changes for free cause of my package deal I got with the truck.But, what really pissed me off Is that the manager couldn’t give me the time of day and actually come out and talk to me he just stayed in his office.
