Great price. Intelligent staff, but most importantly they listen to you and your needs. I brought my Model X in for a tire swap, and we walked through all the nuances of the car together. They handled it perfectly, from jack points to lug nut covers to jack mode, etc. I will be using them again.

The only bright spot at this dealership was Hailee at the front desk and Sara the title clerk and a few people in service. Their customer service was excellent. Other than that, I’m reminded why I shop out of town every time I come here. First they couldn’t order a hellcat for me, so I went to yark in Toledo. Decided to sell said hellcat I ordered since the market went crazy and I was way ahead in equity. Called Toledo dealer first and they assured me they could write me a check on the spot for my positive equity, as I watched them do for my friend’s Ram. As I was about to take it there, I figured I would stop and give these guys another shot to redeem themselves. Everything was going excellent, they told me they couldn’t write the check same day because the person to write it was on a golf outing and that I could come back Monday. Brought the car back Monday after signing paperwork Saturday, and they inform me that I now have to wait until title clears. Extremely frustrating but whatever. Now the title has cleared, and it’s turned into “the title has to get here first.” This will probably take another 30 days. As I’m being misinformed and getting the run around on not being able to get the check so they can save theirselves if things fall through, the sales manager has been driving MY car around and managed to put 400 miles on it in a little over a week. Extremely unprofessional. Proceed with caution.

Toe to toe covered! Still got me! A hundred and twenty dollars to just look at my door handle and said it was not covered it was trim ! Can you believe that! Nothing is covered anymore and I Paid over three thousand dollars for it 😡😡😡😡

this dodge dealer is the worst they lie and they have no mechanics that ate skilled at working on dodge vehicles it took them two days to diagnose a heater blower and then wanted 1000 dollars to replace it

I had my Jeep grand cherokee in for service a few years back for a break job. The night after picking up the finished job I was driving and all of the sudden lost brakes completely. I took it to an oil change place that did brakes knowing I couldn't get right in at the dealership. Come to find out they left some brake line fittings loose and forgot the caliber bolts.. I called the dealership to explain the issue and they said they would cover the cost of the bolts. I end up getting a check from the dealership for like $5, when the replacement bolts were $15 each for 8 bolts.. they explained to me that they don't pay that much for bolts and they would reimburse me their cost of the bolts.. NEVER will I go back to buy a car or have one serviced there.. A sad business mentality to have in Monroe.

Found a suv online that I was interested in. Set up a test drive with Salesman Andy. He was able to get my preapproval started prior to the test drive to speed up the buying process. Andy was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience great. Was in and out with my new car in an hour.
