Warning: considering reading all the way through. Monroe Nissan was very pleasant at first until we had issues with our purchase on a Nissan Rogue. The following day we noticed a couple issues with the vehicle and mentioned it to the sales person, sales manager, and service manager. They responded that these noises were completely fine. Note: you can only return the car in one week according to the general manager, so this kept us liable for the car until after deadline. After the deadline they admitted the car had issues and began to repair the issues. Issues were as follows: transmission/engine erratic, driver side mirror faulty (noisy with wind), part of brake mechanics were not working on either side of the car. As you can tell this was very concerning and enraging that a brand such as Nissan was willing to “make a quick buck” off me and my family, and potentially putting us in danger. Warning: This whole process is a long read as they were extremely unhelpful in as many ways as “professionally” possible. As they began to repair the issues that were a Original concern they did not document unfortunately. They attempted to repair the car a total of 3 undocumented times, and 2.5 documented times. The reason I included a “.5” times is the final repair was a unorthodox repair Before the final repair Nissan has drug this process out a total of 4 months and 7,500 miles on our car that we did not drive. We maybe had our car for 3 weeks of the four months. We originally asked for a buy back after they admitted these issues, so we could potentially get another car from them, but they already scammed me and got my money so they pretended I was a gnat that would eventually go away. I have been told that the car would not make the 100,000 mile warranty and I would be okay by a sales manager because I would get my money back from cooperate; completely disregarding my families safety. As they tried to make me pay for repairs that were original concerns from the first day. There is plenty more! A whole 4 months worth of shady Nissan employees. From poor responsiveness, unprofessionalism, and conniving behavior. Please consider any other dealership, but if not GOOD LUCK!

I have taken my Titan in for service multipole times. The Service Advisor Rebecca is outstanding. She is prompt. Always tell me what's going on with my truck. Advises me on what I should do next. She also looked out for me on my last visit by giving me a coupon on my fuel filters as they are expensive. I go back to this dealership for all my work just because of her. The total with tax and all dealer charges which were most all dealer markups came to over 28000. They claim express service: totally untrue. I visited Nissan service on July 1st for oil change and I experience the worst customer service ever . My car was ready to be pick up and I had to wait 45 minutes to drive off. If I had not get the sales manager involved I would probably have waited for at least one hour or more. The employees were so rude unfriendly started from the service manager to the woman sitting behind the cashier. These employees fail to meet the customer expectations in term of service quality and response time. Every year, businesses lose millions $$$ because of an attitude of employees including poor service quality.
