We have bought 2 cars and sold one and traded in two cars over the last three years. He has always been fair and we got good running cars for a good price. He has great customer service and they do some repairs there also. We wish we had found him sooner.

I was looking for a used car and saw their listing for the 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited. We took a trip to Dallas/Arlington looking at several cars at different dealerships. Mondial had the kindest service, cleanest (and coolest) office space, and the best condition car I'd seen all day!! We got the information needed and purchased the car in a very time efficient manner. BTW Sam makes a fantastic coffee!!

Sam and Andrey were great to deal with. We bought a Subaru Impreza as a 1st car for our son. The car was well-maintained and in great shape already, but they went the extra mile to make it near perfect. We closed on the car in about 45 minutes. It was painless when compared with with a large dealership. No upselling service contracts, warranties or hidden fees. They even honored a previous, lower price for the car that was posted a few week earlier. We would not hesitate to recommend Mondial to any of our friends.

purchased a vehicle that failed to start the morning after I purchased it. When I called to make the owner aware, he carelessly offered useless troubleshooting advice. I asked him if he knew a mechanic, and he answered, "No." Turns out, the vehicle "suddenly" needed a starter and a valve gasket cover replacement. Now, nearly two weeks and approximately $1800 later, I am about to get my car out of the repair shop for the second time in the ten days that I have owned it and maybe get to drive it. Fingers crossed. I wish I could post photos of my repair receipts as evidence. The date on my Bill of Sale and the dates on my tow truck receipt and repair bills and estimates are all single-digit days apart.

I am always cautious during the car buying process, spending your hard earned money for a quality vehicle is important. I purchased a utility vehicle from Sam.. at the moment of purchase my vehicle had no oil, but I was told I could return for oil change. Did the oil change elsewhere to find not only did the vehicle have no oil, it had a massive oil leak throughout the engine. including metal deposits in the oil pan indicating engine damage. I was sold the vehicle without being told about the true mechanical issues that has plagued throughout ownership. Even without being a mechanic, buyer must accountable...don't trust these dealerships... you must bring a mechanic to test the vehicles you intend to purchase. I will take responsibility for trusting Mondial with honest and ethical service,,, but I blame Mondial for deception in order to get vehicles sold!! BE CAREFUL dealing with Mondial....

2005 Mercedes E500 4Matic

I had 5 different Mercedes E Class 4Matics on my list to look at in one day. Mondial Auto Sales was my first stop, as it had the car I would have preferred to have in the first place. I drove 350 miles out of my way, on my way back to Wisconsin, with the intention of driving a "new" different car back home. At 9:00 am, I showed up at Mondials, hoping the 2005 E500 4Matic was as it was advertised. Under 60,000 miles, one owner, clean, did I say clean? It was just beautiful! We took it out for a short test drive and was so impressed with it, my shopping around for the day was over! The entire process of buying the car took less than 1 hour, mostly paperwork, as expected. I was treated very well at the dealership, and all my questions were answered, with no exceptions. My drive back to Wisconsin was a true pleasure. The car only has one small problem, (less than a $50 fix) but hey, It's a 15 year old car. I didn't expect a new car, but this is as close as it can get. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my purchase, or with Mondial Auto Sales. I would highly recommend them!

My son bought a truck from here about 3 months ago. Paid $6200 for a 2002 dodge ram 1500. Was told radio/ heat/ a/c all worked great, etc. Radio DOES not work and even though we said we wouldn't choose that truck if the radio wasn't working, it was rigged long enough to work until we left. the next time it was started, no radio. something screwed up in the wiring. within a couple of weeks, radiator is leaking. replaced radiator, pump, s belt, spark plugs. few weeks after that, it broke down again - needed towing and then its the alternator and a new battery. NOW, as of last night, broke down again - and it needs a new engine. how can this be legal? I don't understand. We have called a couple of times to get the owner and will continue to call and see what they say but not putting another dime into this vehicle. its been 3 months and its going to be a 10k truck! I'm disappointed and heart broken that people can sell something that doesn't even last more than a couple of weeks. The radio was a no selling point for my son and unfortunately, we couldn't even make it a day with that working. I truly hope this can be worked out, who can afford a new engine??

HAPPY TO PURCHASE There were a few issue with the vehicle that I did not like and dealer got right on it and would not let me purchase the SUV until the matter was taking care of. Even while on vacation he still answer my calls to make sure everything was okay. This is someone that cares about he's customer and product than the money.

Sam is a gem. He made the car buying experience so easy and seamless. We did have our mechanic thoroughly inspect the car and it was near perfect- a rare thing when buying used cars. We were so impressed by him and the quality of the cars he sells that he is helping us find our 2nd car. He asked us what we needed for a 2nd car and our budget and said he would help us find the right fit. Everyone at his shop is super nice and friendly. Nothing like any other used car shops we have come by where people were rude and lacked in customer service. We are definitely going to be recommending his business to our friends and family.

Do not purchase from this lot. Worst car purchase experience ever. They deferred agreed (under contract) maintenance for three months, and because of it several other problems came up with car. Dealer refuses to acknowledge error. I have had to come out of pocket for all maintenance actions and towing due to their negligence. Currently battling in small claims court. To avoid the headache, please do not purchase from Mondial. Nothing but troubles! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would give no stars if Google would allow. Run. UPDATE: 11-13-18 Went to pick up vehicle from Automotive Shop, only to find out that Mondial picked up the vehicle. I had to get an attorney to resolve this problem, because the owner will not return my phone calls. I have filled my grievances in court. Do not do business with someone who will take your money and run. Literally.
