Not only was Mike in service kind, prompt, and unbelievably helpful, but he went above and beyond for assisting me and my family. I couldn't be happier dealing with such a fine employee.
All of the service people who helped me with my issue (router and brake pads) were very responsive and polite. I was very happy with everything they did for me.

Since September 2019, my vehicle has been in and out of the service shop for the same reason, battery drained while vehicle is parked. On the first occasion, they gave me a bogus diagnossis. First, they stated that the problem was a cracked battery terminal. They replaced the terminal but I had to pay for the battery. Second, they stated it was a problem with a valve that remained open and a software upgrade was needed. They did the upgrade and recharged the battery at no cust. Third, they assured me that the radio/ sound system had a short in it and needed to be replaced. They charged me for a new sound system and replaced the battery. Through all this, I've been charged for parts and service fees. It is obvious that this repair center does not know what they are doing. On the fourth time, after explaining the problem to the Service Manager, they took my vehicle did some diagnostics on the electric system and found nothing wrong. Thus, they charged the battery and considered the problem fixed, no charges this time. I would never recommend this dealership service to anyone. This is the second vehicle I purchased at this dealership for I previously trusted Mike Piazza Honda in Langhorne PA. for their past service, I had never experienced service problems with my previous vehicle. Nevertheless, their quality of service is at present is less that deplorable.
Social distancing with masks, process was long ( but it always is). Did not feel pressured. Everyone was professional and courteous and as helpful as they could be.

Due to the pandemic I’ve not driven too often and so my car would not start. I took the car in to have the battery checked out. The battery was fine and the rest of the car was checked as well. All was fine and recommendations were provided to keep my car running. I was pleased just as I always am. Thank you Piazza Honda for another satisfying visit.
The service section of this dealership is broken.
The service department is inept. It seems nothing gets fixed right and there is little conversation between the front desk and the mechanics. I will not take any of my vehicles back to this dealer.

Went to 3 other dealers and even another Piazza store and no one would help me. Found a Civic online and made an Appt. With Denise and Went in and met with Jeremy and Mike. These guys are AWESOME!! They got me approved and I got the car on my own!! Everyone was very nice and made me very comfortable. Would def recommend.

Scammers!!!! Avoid at all costs!!! I got an internet price from their internet manager Amy. We agreed on the price with the saleman Rob who confirmed with his sales manager Mike that it was the best price we could get. We used the USAA car buying program. They took our deposit (to hold the car while they sent us the paperwork to sign). They had excuse after excuse why the paperwork was not showing up! After five days and countless calls/ texts to the saleman and emails to the dealership it finally arrived with jacked up pricing $1700 more than the price they gave me! When I called them out on the higher price they sold the car out from under us and refunded the deposit without ever speaking to us or returning any calls! When I finally and I mean finally got ahold of Mike the sales manager he was rude, obnoxious and could care less. He said he wasn’t selling it to us because of price....that they gave us!!!! He lied and said he wasn’t there to approve but he was! He lies non stop and is by far the most criminal person I have ever met! I called USAA who is filing a formal Complaint as is True Car and they are removing this dealership from their referral program. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible experience at this dealership in every way. I corresponded with a salesman throughout the day and made an appointment for that same day. When I arrived for the appointment the salesman wasn't even there, it sounded like it was his day off (they called him and were trying to cover for him ... they didn't realize it but I overheard their conversation). They said he placed the appointment on the calendar for the following day. I had a hard time believing that since I corresponded with him one hour prior to the appointment and he said he would have the vehicle ready for me. I was passed to another salesman and had to start from scratch. Very disappointing since I had given all of the pertinent info on my vehicle, what I was looking for, etc. and had to start the process all over with the new salesman. I test drove a vehicle on my own and it was absolutely filthy, both inside and out. The drivers floorboard was covered in dirt, rocks and mud. I gave them the keys to my vehicle to evaluate it while I was gone and I'm not sure they even looked at it since it was in perfect condition (inside and out) and they offered me less than kbb average trade-in for it when it should have been at least the minimum of the excellent category. Their trade offer and overall offer was insulting and I let them know that. I told them up front I didn't want to play games, I wanted their best and final offer the first time and that didn't happen ... they came back with a ridiculous number and then wanted to negotiate. I asked for my keys, which they tried to hold for a minute, and then left. This was the worst experience I have had at a dealer in many years. They treated me like I was an uninformed consumer and they were obviously trying to take advantage of me, not knowing I do extensive research prior to attempting any deal. Situations like this is why car dealers have a bad reputation.
