Jimmy was very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. He ensured we were able to pick up our truck the same day we wanted to purchase it. He also has a lot of energy and a great personality for sales! Overall he made the car buying experience very pleasant.. Provided all info to make a knowledgeable decision.. Best price we could find and smooth process..

I do not understand the cost of the coolant why two charges on top of that when I checked the radiator later in the day I could not reach the coolant with my finger also the overflow bottle was empty this was not right

Took my vehicle in due to no heating in this cold weather. The techs were able to diagnose quickly and order the part in a timely manner. Even in these storms they were able to get everything ordered and repaired in under 3 days! They were even able to update me with expected delivery times and available scheduling!

I saved for 3 years to purchase a vehicle to take with me to college. It took blood sweat and tears, but I managed to save up. At 18 I purchased a $17,000 Jeep alone with no co-signer, or any help from anyone. Imagine my surprise when the Jeep died 4 days after purchase. I called the dealership and continuously got the run around. I was told to bring the car back. I was without a car for 3 weeks after just spending $17,000. I was not even offered a loaner while my car was being serviced. I had to rent a car just to take my belongings to college.The car repair was $1900, but here is the kicker. The dealer felt they weren’t responsible even though the card died a few days after being purchased. By the grace of God I had purchased the $3000 warranty. What if I didn’t purchase the warranty? I would have been out of luck. I have had the car a total of six months, and the car is back in the shop requiring another expensive repair. Please do not waste your money. This has been a very bad and expensive experience. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of.

Water leak

Took my 2020 Pilot Elete in for a leak, they found the leak immediately, but unfortunately they had to replace the carpets, and the carpets were on back order due to COVID , Joe gave us a loaner car and updated us frequently, I have never experienced such professionalism with a dealership, most will lie to you, and then disappoint you with poor quality repairs. Piazza Honda showed they still care, even after the sale! Thanks for taking care of the problem! Great job👍🏻
