Road debris accident
On my way home from work drove over a piece of wood left in the road causing damage under my civic. I drove straight to Piazza Langhorne and spoke with Dennis who was able to assess the damage, order and repair my car in under 24 hours. Would highly recommend Piazza for sales (my 3rd Honda) and repairs.

Being a woman you are always worried about purchasing a vehicle. I must say that this experience was great. I walked in an was greeted with friendly faces. I began talking with Dan, he allowed me to explain what I was looking for in a vehicle and payment. After I test drove the HRV he ran my credit and did the numbers, brought me a sheet printed out that was so clear to understand with the complete breakdown and 3 payment options all within my comfort range. I decided to purchase but I had a rental, Michael told me he would take care of it for me. Amy made the purchase process quick, easy and smooth, Robert went out to the vehicle with me (right after the service dept. did a little detail clean up) and showed me how all the features worked and set my my phone. Extremely Grateful for the experience.

Jimmy Abgarian, Senior Sales Representative, was the person who was helping me when I was looking for a pre-owned Honda. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns. Even though he was extremely busy that day, he managed very well to take care his customers, in spite of many car shoppers. He was very polite and honest. My Recent Visit
I brought my 2016 Honda Accord to Langhorne, Pa. for the yearly inspection/oil change/etc. Mike Russo, Service Advisor, Mike Piazza Honda 1908 East Lincoln Highway was SO HELPFUL/CURTEOUS/KNOWLEABLE and I've never had any Honda's Service Advisors in the past stand out as much as Mike Russo. Although I purchased a car battery through Honda in Feb. 2020......My battery died in Feb. 2021. I had to call AAA and get a new battery. The problem was ME. I DO NOT DRIVE ENOUGH. Mike suggested that I get a battery charger/tender to keep the battery charged. I have since purchased one and installed it. It works beautifully and now I have some peace of mind because of your service advisor, Mike Russo. Thank you for taking care of my car.
I was a walk-in service customer for my 2007 Honda...
I was a walk-in service customer for my 2007 Honda Accord. It was a hectic day for the service department, and they told me it might be a long time to fit me in for 4 more-or-less minor requests (with no appt). I understood, and so I waited for what I thought would be all afternoon. Mike Russo was at the service desk and did a fantastic job. They were able to get 3 of the 4 issues fixed (including hazard work on the airbag system), and the 4th is very easy once the trunk is unloaded. The work was done FAR faster than I expected, for a great price, and Mike Russo went above and beyond to help me get situated (I'm mobility impaired). While I don't know who the mechanic(s) were, I have no complaints, which is unusual when dealing with many other dealerships.
