I bought two new cars from Castrucci Ford.
I bought two new cars from Castrucci Ford. We have since moved to N. MI. While traveling home from FL on 4/25 our 2019 Explorer, still under the “bumper to bumper” warranty, was having brake problems. I called Castrucci “Service” to see if they could get me us in to fix the problem. Evidently, “bumper to bumper” excludes several items including brakes and the soonest they could get us in was 5/9! The brakes were fixed by Monro Automotive the next day and we were back on our way. So, 1) read the fine print on your warranty and 2) be sure to plan your auto emergency 2 weeks in advance if you want Castrucci to “service” it. So disappointed!!
This dealership SUCKS. Bought a car from them when I called I was told the salesman had not worked there for a year. A week after I bought my car. He did not return any of my calls or send car key to me. He said he would locate 2nd key and send it. Found out gps has to be up dated I live in Eastern Ky. Gps does NOT work in most areas. Had told salesman I needed gps for work.

Wanted a lease extension
We had leases that were expiring and needed to extend them but were told that car dealerships were not wanting to lease vehicles these days. We were given our options and we decided to buy. The dealership helped us to find vehicles and get the financing we needed and were able to afford. I believe everything was done to make us happy.
