Bad service for repeated visits.
Car is Getting the same problem repaired twice and. Id way won’t own up that they made a mistake they want me to believe that the water coolant leak that is minimal is caused by a bad water pump , bad thwrmosrr the And now a bad oil cooler my car only has 80,000 and has never been driven to the ground. It’s a 2016. And they are going to give me a very small discount but it’s from the over charges from the last visit so there are not helping with nothing. Just not busienss like. So t take ownership and no follow through. No way I will ever come back to this dealer again. The service mamger won’t even call you back when he says he will. Shame on this place I will speak to the CEM
Unethical company. They called me based upon my on-line interest in a Tahoe they had in transit. When we spoke, they reviewed all the vehicles specs and what their sell would be including the base MSRP and then scheduled me to meet the sales person just after our call. I asked if they needed a deposit and they said that they would take that when I arrived. When I arrived at the dealership, they (salesperson and sales manager) tried to have me buy a different vehicle at a higher price because they sold the one they had quoted me. The person they sold it to was there and purchased it minutes after I arrived and so I also got to witness their car selling “Gong celebration.” Midway Chevrolet - Blacklisted for Life..

We had a bad experience with Midway Chevrolet in Phoenix,
We had a bad experience with Midway Chevrolet in Phoenix, AZ. We got our vehicle here and had brought our vehicle several times before to get regular services done on it. The last time I brought it in for an oil change and tire rotation we got it back with a scratch and I let them know about it and said that they would contact me the next to discuss when I could bring it so they can fix it. I ended up calling them after I got off of work to find out that they weren't going to take responsibility for the damage because they say that that couldn't have happened at their shop. So, I had to contact my insurance and have them deal with them. I am disappointed and very upset with this dealer ship. They are dishonest and unprofessional for not keeping their word. And every time I get service for an oil change and tire rotation takes them 4hrs and they say it will only take 2hrs or so. They also change their policy's where they wouldn't get you an Uber/Lyft if you live more than 10 miles away from the dealership, you need to find a way to get home and back to pick up your vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Horrible dealership,1st salesman had no idea what he was talking about. Showed me a 2017 Chevy and swore that was the truck I came in for for $22k. ..it wasn't it was a 50k truck. Then Alex Padron dealt with me,hit my credit with 16 inquirys,but said congrats,deal is done come get your truck,but then sold the same truck the day I was supposed to pick it up.horrivle company.

Had very bad experience during leaks repair for our car Chevy Cruise. They gave us an estimate of $1900 to fix a few leaks. Nobody called us for a few days. When we called them to ask about our car the said the car had a smoke during the testing and we have to pay $9000 to replace an engine now. Service person said we burnt the engine but we even haven't driven our car recently because it had leaks.We used a towing service to bring our car to your dealership. I am very upset and disappointing with quality and honesty of Midway Chevrolet service employees. I just want to warn future customers not to use your services!!! Unreliable, disnonest, unprofessional business!!! I can't give even one star to you!
Poor selling team, they don?t give enough attention to trustworthy repeating buyer, and no call backs for their part. Service team and service attendants are exceptional. Something in not working inside to make a bonded dealership, I will try another dealership instead.

Visited the Service Dept 2 times with 2 of my Camaros....
Visited the Service Dept 2 times with 2 of my Camaros. First time my 2013 Camaro convertible had top problems, that Auto Nation Chevy couldn't diagnose. Midway came thru and fix it, also giving me a tip that tops have to be serviced every 2 yrs. The second service visit was with my 2018 Camaro. It had a bubble in sidewall of a summer run flat tire. I was concerned that the technicians would scratch the 20 inch black wheel. He assured me he would relay my concern. New tire, no scratches on my wheel. A+ I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Regular and 2 year car service
Had my TRAX in for it's 2 year service. The treatment from the Service Rep and the other service employees was awesome. The service was complete and the car was returned to me in fantastic shape. The only negative comment I have is that the check out price was about $150 more than the initial quote and I didn't receive any notification to expect that. Still, I'm very happy with this dealership.
