Middletown Nissan

I unfortunately would not recommend Middletown Nissan to anyone. I've never felt so unwelcomed. I had an appointment to look at a used SUV, and apparently they had already sold it. But no one called to tell me it was sold. I came in with the hopes of checking it out, and then sat awkwardly at a desk waiting for the salesperson to figure out what was going on. I left upset because I wasted my time. No one even called for a follow up until a week later. Very glad I went somewhere else.

Purchased a vehicle here and have had major problems ever since with no response or help from this dealer. It’s been a terrible experience there.

We leased a new car from this dealership with the agreement that we would not be responsible for the miles on our previous lease. Not only was this agreed upon with our sales rep Eddy, but also the finance person multiple times. We confirmed this numerous times before signing paperwork. Sure enough 2 weeks later we got a Bill for the mileage. Since then management has been unresponsive to us. Never should have left Hartford Nissan, have leased and turned in numerous vehicles with them and NEVER had this issue.

Saw advertized(cars.Com)2020 vehicle, used, priced a bit above 18k. Test drove vehicle. All ok. Price sheet comes thru from the higher ups with exorbitant fees, some of which could hardly be explained, totaling 4 or 5 thousand dollars, and we're NOT talking sales tax here OR their unabashed $699 transfer fee. The advertised price of $18,440 was misleading to say the least. Made me wonder how they sleep at night.

I love the people here. Warm, friendly, helpful. The coffee is amazing- original Starbucks and on the house. The lounge area is super clean. The restrooms are tidy too. Do come and visit! You won’t be dis appointed!!!

I worked with Liam and sales manager Matt they both gave excellent customer service and the helped me get in to a new vehicle they also kept up there promise

I recently purchased a new car and the salesman made my experience terrific! I get great gas mileage and the ride is very smooth. I am very satisfied with all of the accessories and would certainly purchase another Nissan. I mentioned this to my father in-law and he went there and purchased a Nissan also!
