We have now had 4 leases, with the last 2 at Middletown Nissan, and both times now we've had good experiences. I can't speak for others but we are overly satisfied with our experience here a month ago. Carlos Barassa negotiated our purchase and went above and beyond our expectations. He was pleasant to negotiate with, and ended up selling us a Rogue! He was knowledgeable about the car and all its features. For the month we have now had the car, the auto has performed as he reported it would, and is becoming the favorite of the four cars we leased over the years. We owe a great deal of thanks to Carlos. Sara Chamma, is the Business Manager who prepared our financing and was also a major player in our final decision. Very professional with a deep understanding of how to run her position, and she has a sweet personality as well, which is very helpful to people who are spending a lot of money. Everything moved with alacrity from beginning to end, and we spent the least amount of time here than at any of the other trade-ins. Overall I think Carlos and Sara, make Middletown Nissan look like a well run company. Thank you both, again, and we will be back when we are ready to negotiate another lease.

If these guys get your contact info, they will mindlessly call you multiple times a day, without any acknowledgement of any previous conversations. I got calls from the exact same person within ten minutes of one another. Then, when I received the "VIP price" for the car that I was interested in, they had tacked on so many fees that my final price was $5000 MORE than what was listed on the Internet (over 32K on a car that was listed at $27,400). While I would not blame my individual salesperson, I think that he is part of a marketing machine which has no conscience. I would hesitate to do business with these guys under any circumstances.

Just bought a Rogue SV from Middletown Nissan. I have to say this was by far the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle. I had Ahmed Hassan for a salesman. Ahmed was very patient kind and understanding. I told Ahmed what I desired in a vehicle and what I was willing to spend. I walked away VERY happy! Thank you Ahmed thank you Nissan in Middletown!

Tried to sell unnesscessay... things to final sale... gave a bottom... line price to sing and seal the deal without... sales tax and MV fees... when asked played dumb... then came back saying price does not include sales tax and MV... price was 4000 over internet price... not happy

Very unorganized across the board with little attention to detail. I agreed to purchase a vehicle, and moved forward with understanding they would do a better job detailing under the seats as there was significant staining/debris. When I picked it up the next day, they did a poor job and covered with floor mats although it was still very visibly apparent. Salesman did not check before calling me for pickup. I also brought car home and found old mail and documents from previous owner in seat pockets. Finance Manager(s) are very aggressive and misleading. Even after indicating my preferred lender and indicating the rates I have been preapproved for, they continually pushed hard for Nissan Finance services. I should have left at this point. I am informed and have excellent credit, I expect they prey on those that are not informed and without excellent credit. Even for me they tried pushing me into rates that were over 3 points higher. I did the math and showed they were wrong and continually tried to tell me their path was best due to a rebate. I can appreciate an opportunistic salesman trying to make a buck but this was overboard. When picked up vehicle they did not include copies of all the paperwork they should have until I requested them.

Salesman has no idea what he was doing, from the sales process to negotiations. $23 thousand dollar car advertised, after they tacked on all of their fake fees it was close to $29 thousand... More than a new version of the same used car!! Beware, scam artists at work here. I had to rate a random salesperson, after 3 hours I don't think I ever got the salesman or managers name.
