Reserved car and spoke to Ellen lans who assured me car was reserved and ready to pick up Saturday. Called her to confirm I was on my way about a 2 hour drive. After several attempts she had some other person call me to tell me the vehicle had sold. Unprofessional , and made me waste my time . This place does not honor reservations and just to make a quick sale will screw you.

Do not go here waste of time, they do not honor your reservation of a vehicle. Then they come up with dumb excuses. I reserved a car and spoke to Ellen lans who promised to have vehicle reserved for a Saturday pick up. Called multiple times to get a hold of her and she had someone else call and tell me vehicle was already sold. These people can’t even have the respect of calling and letting you know before you leave home to pick up car. Unprofessional and disrespectful.

I had an appointment to drop my car at 7:30 am for a simple brake pad job. No work was done on the car for 7 hours. I called at 1:30 pm to inquire about when I could get the car back and was told somebody would call me back. Nobody did. I called again at 3:30 pm and finally talked to the adviser, who told me the car was in a queue and would be worked on when a technician is available. After I asked to talk to the service supervisor and complained, then a mechanic was finally assigned to the job ad I got the car back at 5:00 pm that evening. Bad experience overall. Unfriendly service advisor. No consideration for the customer. This is the just the way it is, or so was I told. It makes me consider going to another dealer in the future or even buying another car brand.
