my last 2 services i requested replace key battery and phone charge fuse and they did not do it,. Very much upset and frustrated.

Service done but no particularly happy about the service manager refusing to rotate by car tires because I refused to do alignment. Most dealership that I know will be glad to provide that service without forcing me to pay for an alignment that I didn't want at that time

The buying process was very quick. A lot faster than expected. The service experience was not as good. I was rushed during my service and was told I needed to wait 2 weeks with no loaner for a simple tire change even though I have the tire and wheel package.

I purchased my car in 2017 and the only part of the experience I did not like it was sitting in the finance office and having to make immediate decisions about what warranties I want I prefer to read and make decisions later Besides that everything was great and the service department always takes good care of us
