From my experience I believe that the best service I have with you guys and also the best things happen after we close the deal, the manger offers me nice gift (snow Rubber floormate Mercedes Logo on it, $200 Value) just to tell me thank you for your business with us.... thank you all for your generosity, trustworthiness and making the customers so happy without hidden fee :)

This is the second CLS I have bought from the Naperville dealership and I have always been well pleased with my dealings there. Buying a new car this time was more challenging due to chip shortages and production delays, but Greg Bibbo worked hard to find a car that was going into production that would meet my needs so I placed the order. Greg kept me apprised throughout the car's production, shipping and transport to the dealership, which was greatly appreciated. Vehicle delivery was seamless with Greg walking me through the car's menu and features and then the Finance Department did up the paperwork and in short order I was pulling off the lot in my new CLS 450!

Normally M-B of Naperville doesn't miss a beat! However, during my latest service they didn't live up to expectations with regards to diagnosing and testing my cigarette power charger and respective chords. The good news is that when I picked up the car and asked about the results of the power charger issue, another agent stepped in and completed the work.

this dealer charged nearly $400 more than the dealer I usually go to for the 20k B service. compare prices as they ultimately matched the price. Will not get service done here again

I really think Naperville Mercedes is a great dealership. I was devestated to find out that my 2015 C300 with only 48,000 miles needs a new engine. I take great care of the car and only drive it around 8,000 miles per year. Not sure where I go from here.
