I own a 2018 Winnebago View on a 2017 Sprinter frame. I had the occasion to have the rear Speed Sensors changed per recall. Choose to use the Sprinter facility for Lynnwood Mercedes Benz to do the warranty work. I would like to shout out to everyone if you live in Western Washington and need work done on your rig Lynnwood MB is the place to go. Scott is helpfull, knowledgable, and VERY friendly. I was able to get an appointment only 2 weeks out, I know amazing. Because I had to travel some distance, take a ferry (quite expensive), I arrived an hour before my assigned time and they took me in immediately, did all the work, kept me informed of the progress and were done almost before my appointment time. They also washed the rig! Thank you Lynnwood MB, YOU ROCK!

Josh reviewed the previous service we received at Bellevue Mercedes Benz in 7/2019 and he discovered that we were charged almost $3,000.00 in services that were still covered by our warranty. He notified the Bellevue Mercedes Benz and we were refunded the whole amount. We greatly appreciated Josh's help. We now service our 2 cars at Mercedes-Benz of Lynwood even though we live in Sammamish. Thank you very much Josh!

We had the best experience with this dealership! We bought a certified pre-owned car but there was something in the car that we didn’t like. We went back to the dealership to address our issue and was super impressed with the treatment we had received. Kevin Lee was super helpful (he helped us twice even if he was not our sales consultant), the manager on duty (forgot his name) addressed our concern and offered us option including exchanging the car, as we were still in the 5day window. Kevin was gracious to show us our options. And, all these at 5 pm on a Sunday, which was an hour before closing. Mindy was very considerate in giving us a good rate for our extended warranty due to the inconvenience. She also did good in explaining the paperwork/contract before we signed. Best dealership and car buying experience! Thankful and lucky to do business with them.

Hello, my review is geared towards SERVICE more accurately towards Casey Smith, the advisor/our advisor. I have been informed every step of the way about the status of my/my mom's vehicle, which I purchased for her as a gift and wanted the absolute best for her, as she is disabled in a few ways more than one. Casey has gone above and beyond in communication and accuracy of the whole process and it was such pleasure working with you in all of this Casey that i had to leave you a positive review. Thanks to the whole Service department for doing the best job and fixing the vehicle RIGHT the first time. My mom is happy she has her car again in working order. I brought my 2020 GLB250 in for routine service and new tires. Andrew asssited via telephone with the tire selection and answered all of my questions before the appointment. I felt heard about other concerns I had, and appreciated Andrew's kind demeanor. I had contemplated taking my vehicle to another Mercedes dealership prior to speaking with Andrew, and I am happy that I did not.
