Flawless experience from beginning to end. Purchased a pre-owned 2108 S450 over the phone with the help of TL at the sales department. In a few days everything from financing to registration was ready. Showed up to take delivery and the car was as described - flawless! I was given all the attention and assistance anyone could ever hope for during the delivery process. I highly recommend this dealership. Thank you all at MB Daytona Beach and specially Mr. TL Kays.

Depending on how much you paid for the car there is were you rank for getting service. In other words, if you buy a Maybach or S Class they bend over backwards to take care of your needs but under $20 thousand you can't get a timely respectful call back about requested information like a service appointment. xxxx shame.

I unfortunately had to leave my car at this dealership...
I unfortunately had to leave my car at this dealership over the weekend to get a unexpected service. While i was waiting for a ride resulting in no hope I looked up and realized everyone on the service side had left. No one had check in with me to make sure I was okay after waiting for 2 hours and being the only client in the center. As a young women i cant believed this occurred especially somewhere I am spending my money for quality service. I went over to the showroom side and ask for a complimentary ride and was told the shuttle had left for the day 20 mins prior. Over the course of the weekend Monday comes and it is noon but nobody called me with any updates for my car. I called and was told my service advisor wasn't there for the day and they had no idea what the progress report for me car. Nobody returned for phone calls and I went a day and a half not even knowing if my car was being worked on. I never received a call back from the new service advisor until the following day telling me my call was ready for pickup. The customer service at this place is horrible and made me feel very lonely and stressed.

Attempted to make an appointment to get my recall of the breaks done on my Mercedes Cargo Van. In addition, replace my right low beam replaced. I was told by the young lady in the dept that anything Sprinter/ van related having to do with recalls was not going to be looked at until November 16th. Exactly 15 days from the point of my phone call. I was then transferred to Demetre how told me that there were no appointments available until the 16th. After I addressed the issue about my initial conversation, I was told that was incorrect. I then asked if the other girl had lied and he said he was not going to answer but, I can call Jacksonville or Orlando. Both are no where near my location. IN addition I should be able to schedule an appointment where I purchased my vehicle. This is not my first bad experience with this dealer. I will NEVER recommend or purchase a vehicle from this dealer again. In summary, they have appointments available for other vehicles that are not recall work because the money is not in recall work.

Service at Mercedes’ of Daytona Beach
I have never had an experience at a dealership like I have with Mercedes of Daytona Beach. I brought my vehicle in for service and was told they would have to get a call back in 2 months when my part came in ( it was the passenger side air vent) so I waited and finally called to see if it was in and they told me that it was in and they always have that part in stock. I made an appointment to have the air vent installed and was told it would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes…. I waited an hour then got told that that part wasn’t even in stock so now I’m waiting on another call back to have another appointment set up for me to simply have an air vent replaced. On a good note they did manage to at least drive it through their car wash!

My car was scheduled to have the cover gasket replaced...
My car was scheduled to have the cover gasket replaced but at the time of service it had several issues that needed to be addressed. My list ranged from a light that was out, a cupholder that was stuck and a broken bottom center grille. Nick made sure all my service issues were corrected and even coordinated with the body shop to get the grille replaced. Nick is EXCELLENT!!
