Lovely facility. Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the sales person who helped me did not come out to the vehicle with me after the documents were signed to make sure I knew about all the features. I have purchased three cars there in the past and I always had a tutorial. I was handed the keys and off he went.

Jesus was an excellent service representative. My visit was a second encounter with Jesus, and it was refreshing to hear him recognize me and my car from a previous service. I will be relocating and driving cross country, so I scheduled a multi-point service. We discovered I needed a couple of essential services, and it would take longer than I planned. With a packed calendar, I needed a car. Jesus was generous in getting me a rental since I did not plan for a loaner, and they were all booked. My concern is that Jesus attempted to serve my needs for space and limited mobility. Therefore, I needed an upgrade, and the dealer refused the request. You can't keep good people if you have stingy and unfriendly protocols. The amount of money I spent would have paid the cost of an upgrade ten times (8 dollars). Good luck with stingy protocols and keeping great employees.
