Bought my new 2022 GLC 300 here and had a great experience. They were courteous during the whole process, provided regular updates on the delivery of my vehicle and on the day of the delivery they had a quick handover. I was out in about 40 mins with my new car. The sales associate also helped with follow-up questions few days after I picked up my car.

I do have a little concern when we spoke at the dealership, they said the vehicle was going through a full inspection, maintenance ,cleaning and repair for safety of the glass , I understood that they were busy with limited time of the cleaning, but I just checked the vehicles motor and There was no maintenance done on it The oil was black some of the antifreeze was low and I think they need some new spark plugs.

AutoNation Needs Serious Customer Service Training
We’ve had very disappointing experiences ever since AutoNation bought Barrier. I’ve owned Mercedes cars for more than 22 years. My husband has owned Mercedes cars much longer. I scheduled a B service for my 2020 SUV two weeks ago and was quoted it would cost $350. When I arrived for the service, I was told it would be $1,200!! This was for an oil change. In 2020, my husband wanted to buy me a new Mercedes for my birthday even though I loved my Mercedes sedan. We arrived at the Bellevue location early in July and were told by the salesman he was busy and We needed to schedule an appointment for later in the week!! My husband left an angry phone message for the Manager. She called him shortly and apologized for unacceptable service. She said if we were willing to come back early the next morning, we would be taken care of. (We drove from Gig Harbor.). We arrived the next day and chose an SUV. They wouldn’t let us pay cash or pay by debit card. We had to finance the car for 30 days until the car statement arrived and we promptly paid it off. AutoNation is a huge step down from the days of Barrier and Phil Smart. Our recent experiences buying a Tesla and corvette convertible were pure joy compared to AutoNation! We will never return to AutoNation again.

I had the best experience ever with Mercedes Bellevue buying a car. It was fast and efficient. Thomas was excellent and very knowledgeable. Delilah, the general sales manager took time to introduce herself. My family and I felt comfortable and extremely happy the whole time! I recommend Mercedes Bellevue to everyone.

I had such a great experience with Nicholas (Nick) Hornsby Koury (Sales Representative) at Bellevue Mercedes Benz. I couldn't have asked for a better service than what he provided. Nick is very knowledgeable, respectful, very calm and a person with integrity. He made the buying process very easy for me by explaining all the steps and expectations. Prior to visiting Bellevue Mercedes Benz dealership, I had checked/visited almost all Mercedes dealerships in Washington. Some listed cars that didn't exist. Luckily, I found a car in California and the purchase process was seamless working with Nick. I wasn't sure what to expect in this process as I had not seen the car in person. But he explained everything and walked me through the process. He was very present on phone, text messages and in person every time I needed to talk to him. After receiving the car, I noticed a small dent that Bellevue Mercedes Dealership helped me to fix. Many thanks for Delilah Marquez (Sales Manager) at this dealership that collaborated with Nick to make things work. They also gave me a loaner to use while I awaited the issue to be fixed. Very wonderful people! I highly recommend this dealership and if you are looking to purchase a car, ask for Nick Hornsby. He also went above and beyond to source and ensure that I have the lowest interest rate. I have already recommended him to few friends, and I will continue doing it. Plus, he connected me to service advisor to assist me for future service work. I only write reviews when is due, this is very worthy it.

Very disappointed... I have been a customer of this location for 23 years and have always enjoyed my experience until recently. About two years ago I took my G-Wagon in for some vibration issues and while it was getting serviced, the technicians managed to put some small dents on the two front fenders. I wash and detail my own vehicles so I know exactly when the dents appeared. Nearly two years passed when I decided to take the car to a professional detail shop and they noted the dents prior to getting started. It reminded me that I never took it up with the service manager at the time, and decided to (well after the fact and not your normal circumstances, two years later, I agree). It simply fell off my radar because I rarely drive the vehicle. When I reached out to the service advisor, I was told a manager would be in touch with me. Long-story-short... The manager declined my request to have the dents repaired and after making a stink about it, Eric Gordon (service manager) sent me to a paint-less dent removal company Mercedes of Bellevue works with exclusively (Same Day Dent Repairs). When I arrived at Same Day, I was told the job would be quite extensive and they would circle back with Eric at Mercedes and get back with me. Nobody reached out of course, so I emailed Eric to find out what was going on. His response was that Same Day Dent Removal didn't think the dents on my fenders could have been caused by the Mercedes tech's. I was extremely curious how Same Day had the ability to determine how dents are created. It seems Mercedes of Bellevue is clearly avoiding liability, choosing corporate profits over long standing customer relationships and customer service. Very sad to say goodbye to this business and the employees that have been there as long as I have been a customer.

Great service. Transportation to and from the facility to nearby shopping center while service was being performed was a pleasurable way to spend the time that was needed for the car servicing.
