Bought a used 2018 Infiniti QX60.
Bought a used 2018 Infiniti QX60. Really like the car but Richard the salesman promised us a second key fob as they only had one. Asked him three times if they would make it right and get us the second fob if they couldn't get it from the seller. And three times he said yes no problem. Then he comes back and says his sales manager said no. Don't make promises you can't keep Richard. Now we are out $436 for the second fob.

Wayne is the best in service department. I used to have problems getting my car serviced, but not anymore after working with Wayne. He understands the business and customer concerns really well, and never dropped the ball when it comes to details.

I was helped by Chris at the Service front desk to schedule an appointment who was very nice and helpful. Roman the service advisor was also helpful and helped find more info on my car than I expected. The service this time was over all pleasant compared to previous times which I did not care for.

“If you didn’t want a broken car, you should have bought a new car” - Used car sales manager Bought a CPO Mercedes-Benz GLB35. Windshield was cracked. They promised to fix it when I bought the car but refused to fix it correctly when I took the car in for the repair appointment. The crack is very much visible and ruined an otherwise good car. The used car manager was rude and unreasonable Do yourself a favor and go to Mercedes-Benz of Seattle. I bought my first Mercedes from them and was a wonderful experience. I regret not going to Mercedes-Benz of Seattle
