I dropped my car off for my first A service, the service was top tier from the get go, scratch that, better. They treated me like family from the begging to the end. I had a loaner waiting after making the appointment in advance. I came in 10 minutes late due to traffic but still they welcomed me with open arms. This is the definition and example of what dealerships should strive towards, excellency. It was a peerless experience. If you want to have an experience unlike anything come to Bellevue. Thank you Jacob Lawler, and thank you Eric Lackshin. 5/5 I highly recommend them to everyone.

Slow and no communications cost me two 2 hour trips in rush hour traffic. Nice, competent employees but need to do better on communication. Phone calls = 20 min. Minimum

Worst service, faking customers

I took my vehicle for brake recall. The final summary says, No rust spots found but they sent a photo and i can see rust spots, also my vehicle braking distance is increased after this. This is the same problem for recall, now i am more worried. Also, summary mentioned, complimentary car wash, but they did not do. Before all of these, waiting for 3.5 hours but the inspection done in 5 mins. I have all the photos and summary sheet with me.

I happen to know the GM. He suggested that I come in to browse their inventory. Thomas was my sales rep…well informed and explained the features of the MB GLE 350. Went home and thought about it..returned the next day and discussed purchasing the GLE and trading in my Audi A6. Trade value was fair but on lower side…they stepped up on the trade in. Scott was the finance manager. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new vehicle. They were easy to deal with…no pressure and no back and forth that you find with other dealerships. Thank you Eric, Thomas and Scott.
