My lease was about up on my current Mercedes, I visited a couple of locations but the Bellevue one was by far the best! The best customer experience from the moment I walked in, and my salesperson David did a great job walking me through vehicle availability, timing, and pricing to find the perfect match. He was great at expectation setting and made the process so smooth. In the past I've been at dealerships for hours on end just to lease a car, he made it smooth and painless to allow me to get back to my day, and helped find me my dream car!

GREAT EXPERIENCE, MY LOCAL DEALER WANTED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA ?MARKETING ADJUSTMENT FEE? WHILE I WAS GOING TO WAIT 7 MONTH TO HAVE A NEW CAR BUILD. DID NOT AGREE WITH THEM. WENT TO MY OLD BUDDY AND DID NOT GET THIS MONEY GRABBING CHARGE.

5 star car buying experience
Bought my new 2022 GLC 300 here and had a great experience. They were courteous during the whole process, provided regular updates on the delivery of my vehicle and on the day of the delivery they had a quick handover. I was out in about 40 mins with my new car. The sales associate also helped with follow-up questions few days after I picked up my car.
