Very nice and courteous. No high pressure sales. Tyler was great. He was a great help and told us everything about the Encore we bought. He even called to make sure we still liked the car.

My2021 GMC truck broke down while passing through town. After 3 weeks of waiting they called and said everything is going to be covered under my warranty. And that they would be in touch with updates. The next call 4 days later they rudely stated that nothing was going to be covered and it was going to cost me 15000.00 to get my truck back. Then the sales department ran a appraisal on it and said that my 1year old pick up that is in super clean condition is now only worth 25000.00. I paid 60000.00 for a year ago. Now it does have 40k miles I am aware that is effecting the value some. I feel like since I am not from the area that they are trying to take advantage of my situation. Good luck with these guys.

Mr Petty you left quite a bit out of this review, the fact you submerged this vehicle under water with the air filter not installed which caused you to suck mud and water down the intake manifold causing catastrophic damage to the vehicle and making the core not capable of being reused. The wait was two fold, first awaiting GM to make the call if we could get some assistance with the cost of the repair (ended up being declined due to extreme water damage) second most insurance companies would step in and this would be an insurance claim however apparently wherever this vehicle is registered at insurance is not required thus insurance could not pay a claim because we were told there is no insurance on the vehicle. The motor wasn't tore down because you were not willing to pay for the tear down and again if not covered by warranty or insurance this burden would be on the owner. The value of the vehicle is based on the overall condition of the vehicle and this vehicle has been neglected and valued accordingly. Mr. Petty keeps going site to site this issue is not one of McKenzie Motors this is someone that drove his vehicle through water as stated above nothing to take advantage of we weren't the ones that didn't have insurance on our vehicle nor did we or General Motors drive this through substantial water. Regardless of what site he goes to do a review the end result is stated above water damage caused by the owner/operator not covered and General Motors or insurance.

My sales person was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Everyone there that we encountered on Saturday was so nice and helpful. As a matter of fact my hu decided to purchase the 1500 truck he was wanting Kimber is a great sales lady
