Mark and Woody are fantastic! I met Mark when I bought my first car over 20 years ago. Not only is Mark great to deal with he is a great friend. We bought a beautiful 2014 Jeep Trailhawk in "Anvil" (grey). It was great. Chuck Townsend is awesome and a biker & army vet, so he had something interesting to say. (I automatically hate the stereotypical, "car salesman") Also veterans working there so it was good all around and much better than my last car buy at carmax in Orlando. Plus the guys stayed open after hours, we had headed home, decided to buy it, realized we still had to go home, etc., etc.,. It was great and they do everything about transfering your plate, "in house" so everything was done that night. I'd deal with these people again. (Even let the dogs in the building.) And I had to call Chuck back the next morning to get the vin because it was pouring rain here and it took him like a minute to come up with it. Excellent.

I sold my pick-up truck on a Friday. I woke up Saturday morning and began searching for a vehicle online that met my needs. I found a 2013 Nissan Altima at McKenzie Motors Buick GMC. I made a phone call and made sure it was still available. From that point they send me an application for financing and I sent them the documentation they needed from me. I then asked a friend to drive me an hour and a half to Milton and drop me off at the dealership. I expressed my time constraints and that I needed to close the deal on the vehicle ASAP. I was out the door and on the road in just over an hour. They treated me like they had known me for years and worked quickly to meet my needs. Great service and awesome hospitality. I have already recommended this dealership to several friends looking for a used vehicle.

Everyone was very friendly. Chief was super helpful. He’s just a good old boy. Makes you feel right at home and comfortable with all that’s going on. Purchasing a high vehicle is scary but Chief made it better. Finance manger was great. He went to great lengths to make sure we understood everything. He was very meticulousconfident, and professional. You got some great assets there!!

McKenzie Motors was AWESOME!!! I called and spoke with General Manager Mr Lloyd, he told me he could help me with a Buick Enclave and he did. John Kinzell called me back and kept me in the loop as to when the Enclave would be here. In this crazy world we live in, I wasn't sure we would get it but it happened this week John called and said it was here, we just picked it up, all McKenzie Staff was great to work with.
