Buying a car is, let’s face it, not fun…

Buying a car, well, it sucks. It’s not fun going into a dealership and getting bombarded by sales people. After years of buying, I get it This one was a bit different. Pretty laid back experience and comfortable. Sales rep, Karyna, was pretty chill and kind. Not very saleswoman-y. The finance guy, Doug, made great small talk while executing the purchase and Nick, the tech guru, was fantastic at letting me know all the details of my new wheels. Giving a dealership 5 stars is not easy, but this is overall the best I’ve had so far.

Received a letter that I could turn in my lease early for

Received a letter that I could turn in my lease early for a new lease at the dealership. Paid my bill for the month, and ended up leasing a new car the very next day. Before I signed the paperwork, I asked the team to ENSURE me that I would get a refund on that full monthly payment just made. They assured me I absolutely would, gave me a card for someone who would personally ensure that refund was received. 2 months have gone by, all they have done is given me the phone number to Lexus Financial and told me there is nothing they could really do on their end. Finally got a hold of Lexus Financial who told me the dealership took my payment, applied it towards THEIR payoff. Now dealership is MIA, not returning calls/emails about this issue. I also drove off the lot with an empty gas tank, a maintenance light on (had to get serviced the same week I leased it), and a second key that didn't work. They are great until you sign and they get the sale, and then they dismiss you completely. Still waiting on my refund.

I appreciate all the service providers whenever I visit for maintenance starting with the initial greeting to the men in the service department (labor) to the cashier (don’t like any expenditure- lol), but it cost to drive a dependable classy vehicle. Thanks for your attention to my concerns and the resolves. Special place and accommodating.
