Always good service! As a lexus vehicle owner I wouldn't trust any other service/repair shop to do the job! Friendly and experienced people you will find here.

Went to change tires. The service was immediate and efficient. Offered options and the wait time was less then expected which is very unusual. However the car was not cleaned due to a slight crack on windshield. Also found that the receipt did not cover new tires 3-year warranty support.

We have 5 McGrath cars currently. I buy from Mike with confidence and never worry about my decision. Doug always makes sure we have the right warranty and Andy Pak takes great care of them after we have them!

I had a great experience with everyone working there, Brigget was very helpful and made sure I get the car with the specifications I wanted and I did not have to wait for too long, she contacted me immediately when a car was available and made sure to book it for me, the process waa very smooth and everyone in the dealership was very nice. Specially at a time where cars are in shortage I highly recommend this dealership.

Wonderful experience at McGrath Lexus Chicago. Sales rep Bill Tacker was great to work with and very attentive to every detail in my purchase of a Certified pre-driven vehicle. Car is absolutely beautiful! Technology rep Nick Novelli was terrific in showing me all of the functions of the vehicle! Fab showroom with a big screen television and comfortable seating and beverages. We have purchased two cars here and will be back!

They were very efficient and professional. They were able to fix the problem within 24 hours and gave me a loaner car during that time.

Service is efficient, friendly, and high/touch—and they do not recommend services that are not truly needed. They will let you know about upcoming service items, but not press you to try them fine now.
