Quick and thorough service

Willie was my rep. He was courteous and checked back with me a couple of times while I waited. After the inspection he explained why items besides an oil change and tire rotation should be taken care of. And the additional work only added an extra 1/2 hour to my original estimated time frame. I am confident that I and my SUV are in good and trustworthy hands when I come here.

The service department is outstanding. Straightforward, efficient, professional, courteous. The first time I brought my car (not purchased at McGrath) in was due to a loud rattling noise. They fixed it, test drove it, topped off all the fluids and didn’t charge me because they claimed it was just a minor repair. They’re terrific here. I’ve been coming in now for the past two years for service appointments. Always a great experience.

Came in for oil and filter change, David helped me and recommended a 12,000 mile check as it is close. Job was done before the time promised. David went thru the services that was performed. He was very professional and courteous. Very helpful too as he helped me with reconnecting my cell phone to my car.

Had an oil change. Took around an hour and a half complete the work. I took a walk in the neighborhood into a nearby park which was very nice. The waiting area was OK, snacks were fair. Oil change seem to be done well, no way to really check it. The car was washing, they did a good job washing the exterior but I wish they’d taken out the floor mats to clean them.

In my 2013 Subaru Outback, I was unable to use the Bluetooth on the phone because of an annoying noise that callers would hear (but I could not). I brought the car in under warranty 2 years ago and they replaced the radio but the noise did not go away. Then one day I had the headlight lamps replaced and the radio went dead altogether. I brought the car in and explained all this. The service manager heard and said he would take care of it. The radio was removed, McGrath ordered a new one, and on the day of my appointment, a very professional representative Eric, explained it would take 1-1/2 - 2 hrs. It was done in 1 hour and the radio works great.
