Jason and the staff at McGrath Accura got me in and out ahead of their estimated time on a Saturday schedule . The car was nice and clean inside and out after the oil change and the car’s computer had been adjusted to indicate the new oil life percentage . They service Acuras and Hondas but do not sell Honda parts . The bathrooms are very nice and clean and they have a comfortable waiting area with modern tvs and one variety of free newspaper . We bought our transportation at the McGrath west City location but this downtown Acura location is much closer for us . We’re lucky that they allow us to get basic Honda service there at this location . Thank You !!

Maria the salesperson was great!You have to watch the math as they say at McGrath,you do the math.The manager wanted to charge 3 thousand dollars for documentation fees! I told Maria what I would pay and she got me that price.

Would not recommend. Took my car in about 2 years ago for...

Would not recommend. Took my car in about 2 years ago for an oil change and they said I needed brakes and brake fluid, but I had literally just got new brakes a couple weeks prior. Red flag #1. I tool a break from them for my next maintenance but decided to come back for another oil change. After waiting 3 hours (and I made a reservation in advance) they tell me I need a new oil pump (in addition to more stuff). My car never leaked oil, until after that visit. Red flag #2....Not to mention during the inspection they failed to recommend new tires and a headlight (which I knew I needed). Red flag #3....Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice and thrice..... Never going back again

First visit to dealer to get my first oil change on used new car 2019 I just bought from Acura dealer in January 2021. Appt 10:30, arrived 10:15, They tried to have me replace everything under the sun, from windshield wiper blades, cabin filters, tire rotations , and etc. With charges ranging over $300. I was like how often should you change those , she’s like every 15,000 miles. I’m like my car has 18,000, I just bought it I’ve used 5,000mi. So I declined, I declined everything but the oil change, which seemed kinda shocking to her. However I waited so long. It took 2 hours. It was supposed to come with a complimentary wash, but they said I would have to wait longer for that because they are backed up, so of course I didn’t wait. Buddy bear is around the corner from my house. Long story short I will be a faithful jiffy lube customer!

Don’t cheap out

Excellent service! Better than going to non Acura service center using generic one part fits all vehicles. Local service garages are no cheaper than Mcgraph Acura! If you want the service done correctly use Mcgraph Acura! Money well spent! If you are buying a high end luxury SUV! Don’t cheap out going to local service garages generally don’t use genuine Acura parts resulting more frequent visits to the service garages! My recommendation is to spend the excess money!
