I was surprised how much it cost to get my Miata repaired I had to take it there twice because of the rabbits eating the witrd . I was didappoimted that they did not wash the car after spending close to 900 dollars to get it fixed and it was not covered under warranty .

Decent dealer. They have a nice play, my sales rep was friendly and to the point. Only gripe with my sales process was my car was rather filthy upon pick up. And an issue with my wheels. Interior looked like it’d been cleaned with a sanitizer wipe leaving dust and wet marks everywhere and no attention to details on the floor which was covered in dog hair. During my test drive I thought the car up it must’ve sat under a pine tree to long because my ventilation system was making an extremely obnoxious clicking noises as if a twig or leaf was smacking against the fan. A mechanic at the dealership was the previous owner and whoever he is kind of fixed the issues immediately but not good enough because it because again as soon as I left.. Being the dealers in Longmont and I’m from the Springs this was a very annoying drive home. My second, and biggest issue was I found a bubble in one of the tires. I expressed a lot of concern for this, living 100+ miles away I didn’t feel comfortable taking it all that distance. They assured me it was okay and nothing would happen. A couple of days later that same tire went out. Luckily no damage occurred but another instance gut feelings should’ve been trusted. My sales rep tried to help but due to urgency of the situation at the time it occurred I didn’t have time to go to their preferred location for a new tire I had to get a new one across the street from where the tire popped. It’s something that I feel should’ve been addressed at the sale of the vehicle, it would’ve saved me a lot of trouble and a hundred bucks. Lastly I found it worrying a mechanic from that dealer waited to till 10k miles to change the oil on the car. Any mechanic knows that’s past the responsible and acceptable mileage. Anyways not all bad I did appreciate my quicker than normal sales process and appreciate they had (mostly) everything ready to go for my appointment. Floor manager was friendly and didn’t bother me on my trade too much, sales consultant was friendly and right to the point, receptionist was a sweetie too.
