BUYER PLEASE BEWARE. Went their to buy a used Ford Bronco Sport. Liked one of them they had on the showroom floor with 8800 miles. Talked to the salesman and test drove. Decided I wanted to look at purchasing. Sales manager came to talk to me and said he was going to give me great deal and sell me the vehicle for $39,902. Pressures me hard to buy the vehicle right then. I explained that I wanted to check on others first and get insurance information. Went home, decided I was interested in buying. Had my wife, who works for insurance company pull the information for it. Insurance company would not insure it for anywhere near the price they were asking. Tried to call the dealer to get the original window sticker, couldn't get it. Went to the dealer in person at lunchtime and I was finally given the original sticker. Turns out the original MSRP for this vehicle brand new was only $35,365. So their "Great Deal" was wanting me to pay over $4500 more for a used one with 8800 miles than when it was new. Please do your own research and demand to see the original window sticker for any car at McDavid Ford. The insurance company will not cover you for any car that is that far over new MSRP. Just bought my wife a new car last week at a different dealer with no issues. I cannot emphasize enough. Do your own research on the price and don't buy anything without seeing the original sticker. Also, if you have the VIN number of the vehicle you are wanting to buy from them and they don't want to give it to you, you can get it yourself online for about $8. Additionally, McDavid Ford has 12 Better Business Complaints already the one I am about to enter will make 13. Go to Bbb.org to look for yourself and will see their issues. Please avoid making the mistake I almost made. Wanted to add to this review. Just found out from the Better Business Bureau that this dealer is not BBB accredited and they already have them rated at an "F", the lowest possible score BBB gives out. Do your own checking on this dealer and you will definitely want to go somewhere else to do your business.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!! I bought a used car from here on Thursday (10-14-2021). Everything was great, AT FIRST! Fast forward to me leaving and that night. I smelled something, like a burning smell. The next day, you know the routine check up the associate does (10-15-2021) I was texted. I let him know I was smelling something and that due to work I would be able to bring the car to get checked out after the weekend. Tuesday morning comes and bring the car back, (1) they tried to charge me for a diagnostics to be done (2) I was told I have a front cover and valve cover leak. I was completely surprised seeming how I just bought the car and was smelling it the night I bought it!!!!!! So that means they KNOWINGLY sold me a car with a leak, which is completely ILLEGAL but they do not care. I spoke with the used car manager and he was completely rude and nonchalant about the situation and basically said because he sold the car $2,200 under the asking price there was nothing he could do. So you mean to tell me, you are okay with knowingly selling someone a car that has a leak?? This place is a complete ripoff, IF YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE DO!!! They will take you for your money! I’m so happy I didn’t pay the price they were asking because now I have to take my car to get fixed and I haven’t even had it for a week. Please don’t let the “we care about you and want what’s best for you” routine fool you, they DO NOT care at all.

IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH MCDAVID FORD PLEASE READ MY REVIEW FIRST. I challenge you to call the service center and get ahold of a manager. I might even put money on this bet. I also see other reviews of oil changes. STOP getting oil changes at McDavid. They do not hire techs that are able to do an oil change correctly. Your Oil Filter WILL NOT BE TIGHT mark my words. My Shelby has been in their shop 4 times within the last 7 months. They will tell you what you want to hear and then go to the next customer to tell them what they want to hear. I just called in and “Susan” lied to me saying my Advisor was on the other line when in fact he is NOT EVEN THERE TODAY. I dont get it.. I really dont. Ive been super nice to them and I told them I trust them to make it right this time and I am having so much trouble to just have my car fixed under warranty and get weekly updates. The “Director” Brian Fabian has yet to return a call of mine. I left voicemails months ago when the Shelby was in last time and still havent heard from him one time. I get it they are busy… I seen first hand how busy they were but it is unacceptable to not return your customers phone calls within 3 days. And 3 days is giving you ALOT. Amren has been my service advisor and he is great. He does his best at returning my calls however he is only one person and cannot handle every single customer McDavid has. Which is where you would think a manager would step up however thats not the case. Do not even get me started on my experience with their sales team. Theres a 18 Shelby for sale there with a lemon buy back title. They stated it is due to a small paint imperfection that Ford fixed and they must have doctored the car fax. I purchased my own car fax from home on the vehicle and there is an entire engine replacement on file for it. You might want to give me a phone call soon. I will not be treated like this any longer.

Worst dealership ever! Run don't walk away. Just look at all of the reviews. Our daughter who is in college in FT Worth purchased a vehicle here and they absolutely refused to help her with service issues. Turned out she had a bad transmission and it took four visits and a call from her father to get the issue resolved. While she was in the service office they began talking about her in Spanish, however she is fluent.... She gave them a bad review and they called her back and offered her a free oil change if she would change her review. What a train wreck! We are reaching out to the Ford Motor Company regarding their horrible service and misogyny. Go elsewhere!

No need to contact me. Your service team asked us to remove a previous poor review in exchange for a free oil change. When we said no, you barred us from your service department. So we will spend our money elsewhere with a reputable service department. I truly believe whoever manages this dealership needs to clean house. The numerous reviews say it all.

My husband has purchased 2 trucks from this dealership and gave them high praise so I figured I would take in my Explorer for service here. WORST MISTAKE EVER!!! I made an appointment for an oil change and to have them check why my seat warmer is coming on. I arrive promptly at 7am for drop-off. The service advisor who checked me in was nice and asked all the right questions. I even mention how pleasant he was when I got in the car with my husband to leave. Well the good experience ends here. I check in with them at 12 pm for an update. I am told that there isn't one as of yet and that they would have service advisor Chris call me. At 2 pm, I had still not received one. I call back and was told that now my advisor is Luis and he would call me. We decide that since we are getting the run around we will just pay them a visit. As we are walking out the door, Luis calls back only to inform me that my car has not be pulled back to be diagnosed yet and that it had 2 vehicles in front of it but it would be checked shortly. I did not receive an update before close of business. Fast forward to day 2 and call in at 10:15 am to check only to be told that they are running 2-3 days behind and I likely will not receive an update on it today. 2-3 days!?! Who would make an appointment and leave their vehicle for 2-3 days? So at this point I feel like my vehicle is being held hostage for ransom. I will NEVER make the same mistake and use this dealership again. It is shameful that in the current economy that businesses do not understand that excellent customer service is a must to stay in business and relevant.

This is by far the worst dealership when it comes to customer service. Sounds like the GM needs to clean house or get the owner involved. Its amazing how this dealership averages a 2 star rating in over 1k reviews.

The dealership called me offered to purchase my 1025 F150 for set price. I took the truck to them, they were obviously pleased, I took a cab home at a cost of $200. That was on February 27, 2021. Later that afternoon, the salesman i was dealing with claimed they forgot to get me to sign off on the odometer reading. That went on till sunday night, February 28, 2021. He could not get an email to me, so I sent he one to respond to, amazingly that worked. Now, It March 8, 2021,I have heard no word from this dealership, no payment for the purchase has been made, and I feel I am being ignored.
