Absolutely no pressure sales. All the numbers discussed over the phone were exact when at dealership with no surprises. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional and a pleasure to deal with. This was by far the best and easiest experience I’ve had buying a car. My sales rep was Joe Guttilla, a very personable, knowledgeable, and honest salesman who I highly recommend.

While our sales experience was great, not the same can be said for the service department... December of 2020 we brought our 2019 vehicle in to have a leak addressed in the back sliding window which ended up not being fixed properly and we had to bring it back. While it was in their care, parked in their parking lot, someone smashed into the driver's side (it was hit bad enough that the door had to be replaced and the side had to be painted). They had our vehicle that did not have a scratch, ding or dent on it and only 7k miles on it when we dropped it off, for over a month thanks to someone's stupidity. The only good thing about this was Kristen who went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Flash forward to today, there is an air conditioning leak and when I made the appointment for 8 am I was told I would be in and out in less than 1 hour. Low and behold it was longer than 1 hour. Don't tell a customer (who btw has sent many people to this business to buy a vehicle) a wait time and then not have it done within that time frame. I feel the Service Dept is managed and run very poorly and as I have sat here now and back in December, I have heard many people say the same..

Greg A. was a great salesman. Worked with us the whole way through. Had an issue with the driver's seat after delivery, Greg took care of it with no issues. Looked at few dealerships, 112 had best selection of used vehicles. Would highly recommend Hyundai 112 and would definitely recommend you speak to Greg A.

An update to my last review. Please note that this is about the appointments on the CX-30 Premium and in no way knocks the dealership or Joe Caggiano. I would have given 5 stars as the dealership (112) Mazda in Medford, New York)and Joe Caggiano (salesman) were exceptional....My complaint is with Mazda and the CX-30 appointments....I leased the CX-30 Premium model (the highest package until you get to the 2.5 premium plus) and was shocked to find that although the car had gadgets like heads-up display and adaptive cruise control (they call it Mazda radar assist with stop and go) it lacked certain “basics” that have been in every vehicle I have owned over the last 20 years like Auto dimming rear view mirror (I haven’t had a car with the manual rear view mirror since the 80’s), home link (ditto) and what they call front and rear parking assist (a warning when you get too close to objects when parking)....I admit that I didn’t ask but since these things have come in every vehicle I’ve owned for the last twenty years I never thought about it....Again, I am not complaining about the dealership and sales team but definitely about the appointments on the vehicle.... Wake up Mazda and come all the way into the 21st century....Just a warning to check every detail in a new Mazda and to not take anything for granted...

I have to add as well that the car was not properly prepped when we arrived to take delivery. I was told that it was sent to be washed and detailed however, the first was washed off but it was delivered with water spots on the chrome. Also this car comes with the nav and the card was missing. We waited over an hour while they located another card so we would leave with what we paid for. Add this to my previous complaints about equipment not included and I am less happy with the dealership.

I have a one week old 2021 CX-30 premium. What is missing from this car (auto dimming rearview mirror, front and rear sensors or what you call parking assist and less important fog lights) is almost a joke. I have not owned a car in twenty to thirty years with a manual mirror. In any case I know that Mazda is not going to do anything to make me even a bit happier do I will be stuck with this vehicle for three years after which I will gladly return it and never look at Mazda again. That these things are not in a PREMIUM trim is nothing short of horrible. The biggest problem, however is with the blue tooth phone connection. After almost five hours of research and experimentation I found that an Apple phone will not send a call to the car if you are wearing blue tooth hearing aids. Since millions of us elderly, hearing impaired people use these I can only assume that Mazda has something against hearing impaired people. In order to use your system correctly I have to go into settings on my phone and turn off one setting which I then have to turn back on when I leave the vehicle. I called your customer support number who had no idea so they sent me to your connect support who was totally a joke. If my car was not new he might have been able to help but he was unable to help me. Shame, Shame Mazda. I am beyond unhappy with this vehicle and am reaching out to you before I go to the internet to post my complaints. Again, SHAME, SHAME Mazda. I can only hope that someone seeing this cares about your product enough to try and help me…..

Disappointment with new car appointments

We recently went to 112 Mazda to lease a CX-30 premium... Our salesman, Joe Caggiano was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to spend as much time as necessary to help us make our choice. If this review was only about Joe and the dealership my rating would be five stars. I had to lower this because of disappointment over the appointments in this vehicle. The car does have many important features but is missing several more. For example it does not have auto dimming rear view mirror or home link (usually incorporated into the mirror). I have not seen a “premium” car without this feature since the 1980’s. It is also missing what they call “front and rear parking assist” which is important to tell how close you are to obstacles. The last missing item is fog lights. I was shocked when I found out that these things were not included. I do admit that I did not look for these things before purchasing but still find it strange that these things are missing. Again, I highly recommend the dealership and Joe Caggiano but I suggest that you make a complete list of what is important to you and check before buying.
