Beaware of buying used cars right now epically from this place they don't road test them or look at them they get them in and just park them on the lot.i looked at a 2018 chevy Colorado and it was filthy inside when I road tested and when I took home brakes vibrated and tranny was shuddering and had to take it bake next day and service was closed took four days to get back and oil change light said 70%so I don't think they even changed oil and now I have to do it myself

Donna was responsive, helpful, and polite throughout our negotiations. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was kind and welcoming. Never felt pushed, rushed, or deceived like at other dealerships. Easiest transaction ever - no nonsense back and forth, just straight-talk and professionalism.

I gave a negative review of Chevy 112 a few days ago, with regard to a newly purchased Tahoe, and a disagreement about winter mats in the vehicle. I just want to revisit that review, and say that one of the managers at the dealership has reached out to me, unsolicited, and made the situation right. In fact he has gone above and beyond just making it right. I would just like to say thanks!! and that I appreciate the good will. I highly recommend the good people at Chevy 112!!

We came here after being treated very poorly by another dealership. They would not let us test drive a car unless we were buying it that day and they would not let us drive 2 different cars, we had to decide which one we were going to buy! And then they were going to charge us 3-5K over MRSP!! But at 112 Mazda it was completely different. Declan took great care of us, nice showroom, low key, most reasonable prices!

Imagine buying a 2020 Chevy Camaro convertible and it breaking down after 11,000 miles. Brought it to Chevy 112 after a week of it sitting in my driveway undrivable because they had no appointments. The check engine light is on and there’s transmission trouble but no one can make a decision because the service manager is out on leave so it sits there for another week and a half. Then a week later they say they fix it and I drive it out of the lot and it breaks down. Metal all in the transmission and the light is on again but they refused to replace the transmission. A week later they say it’s fixed again! And now they’re arguing about compensating me for my monthly payment for the brand new car that I haven’t had for the last five weeks of summer! Poor communication all around. Terrible. Let’s see if it breaks down again after I drive it off the lot…

We were in need of a vehicle quickly and we knew inventory everywhere is relatively limited but Keith found a few options for us and when we picked up the car Joe was great showing us and explaining to us the various features the car had.

Absolutely no pressure sales. All the numbers discussed over the phone were exact when at dealership with no surprises. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and professional and a pleasure to deal with. This was by far the best and easiest experience I’ve had buying a car. My sales rep was Joe Guttilla, a very personable, knowledgeable, and honest salesman who I highly recommend.
