Todd was great. Made a commitment to make sure I got the vehicle perfect for me and my needs. I make many trips to Olympia for my mom but also wanted something that fit my personality, and being able to take the whole family with grandkids on a trip together is great.
We had been trying to find a Rav4 all day and had test driven a crappy one earlier in the day from this shady used car place in Lynnwood. We were exhausted and found the one at Maxx was still available after making 4 phone calls on other Rav4s listed on Craigslist that had already been sold. We drove down to Puyallup and found the Rav4 they had was in excellent shape for being 10 years old. After being on the road all day, my toddler was tired and starting to lose her patience with the car search. The Maxx guys turned on cartoons just for her on the big tv, gave her a leftover hotdog from a car wash event they had earlier in the day and let her rummage through the crayons and coloring books they had on hand. Our salesman was Jeff who is the friendliest guy you'll ever meet. We had a really great car buying experience there and we love our new-to-us Rav4.
Buyers beware get everything in writing
I recently bought a vehicle from these guys and at first it was good I was satisfied. I asked for new tires and a couple of other things to be fixed and they agreed and the deal was done. Problem is the tires. When I was asking where they get them done I was told les Schwab or discount tires which I know I would get quality tires with a WARRANTY. My salesman asked me to take a picture of the tires for the size so they could be ordered and be put on right away so I did. About a week later I get a text saying they order the wrong size which I thought was weird cause both of those company's are really good about tires. Well I finally got the tires put on only took 2 1/2 weeks that's what I call quick service. I asked where did you purchase the tires, he tells me Washington tire which is a po- dunk used tire place. So I called Washington tire and asked if they do warranties and he said no the dealer ship tells me there is a warranty which there is but only to the people who bought the tires which wasn't me. I did get new tires but they went with the cheapest tires they could find and traded the other ones in to get an even better deal. Beings they went with a po-dunk tire place I have to get the alignment done and get them balanced cause they didn't do that which if you went with a quality tire place they would have done that for nothing because you bought tires. So when they tell you les Schwab or discount tires make these clowns write that down on paper I mean everything that you want done EVERYTHING. Oh and thanks for not detailing and washing it when giving it back to me like you said you would I appreciate that too.

Not Your Typical Pusher Salesman
Refreshingly honest about the car. The dealership genuinely wanted me to walk away a satisfied customer - I definitely am. They were also very helpful in securing me a loan.
Super friendly and honest staff
Shawn and Jeff were so helpful. Bob in financing was super nice as well. We came in to look at a different vehicle, that they'd just sold. BUT they made us a deal on another vehicle, and We're still totally happy. Really I'd totally recommend them to anyone.
Shady, disorganized, dishonest.
Bought a car that appeared to be in good shape. Was told the car had been inspected and major issues were always taken care of bla bla 150 point inspection bla bla. Turns out the car i bought had leaking shocks, worn out springs, and a leaking transmission shifter. They also couldnt figure out if the car had a second key.. i came by 3 times for the key. Finally one of their lot boys who knows one of my employees got ahold of me saying he had it.... obviously this place has its stuff together. NOT. Im currently trying to get my refund for my warranty i bought that the company says theyve been holding on to over a month!

I was referred to these guys by a friend. I went online to review their cars and found the exact car I've been looking for within my budget. I called Jason and he helped me with numbers before I even made it down to the dealership. VERY helpful! He went above and beyond when I got there to make sure that the payments were within my range. maxx auto plus is highly dedicated to making sure your needs are fully met. They go above and beyond for their customers. They are willing to work with any situation. Interest rate too high ? No problem, they do everything possible to find a better price to fit your budget. The atmosphere is very positive and the guys are all fun to work with. They have a nice selection of most vehicles. We will definitely return for future purchases!
This is our second time coming to Maxx Autos to purchase a vehicle. The customer service here is amazing. The guys work hard to make sure you are comfortable and make sure to answer any questions you may have. Steve and Dino were amazing!
Me and my gf bought a 2012 Ford Focus from Dino Sabamagic, Nice guy, very honest and willing to negotiate on prices to make both parties happy. Very good dealer and feel safe buying from them again.
