They have went above and beyond to try to help a person like me bad credit nothing but my word and a dream to get me toy dream car. Thank you so much Alpha for the encouragement to pursue and the sales man that i spoke with a few moments ago. Thank your entire team helping me and encouraging me. Terrible Service, lie on workmanship & disrespect

The automotive service department is horrible they treat African American and Blacks with such disrespect as if they are ignorant and stupid. They think blacks are not competent therefore they can tell them anything and the whites feel like they have the last word and they will try to convince you even if they're wrong that they are right even after getting three different communications about the actual problem to your vehicle they are never wrong according to them. My husband and I are both educated intelligent African-Americans and we have been hung up on on the phone we have been avoided by managers it's horrible how they treat blacks and African Americans. What we need to do is promote within that community that blacks stop purchasing their vehicles from this dealership and also stop servicing this dealership because our money is valuable as well and maybe once they see the financial impact they will start to show some sort of respect to African Americans and stop treating them as if they are ignorant and stupid. I'm not sure what a past experience was but you cannot stereotype and put all of your experiences with blacks in the same bucket. As a generalization they automatically have no respect for our intellect and assume that everybody is the same bias. My recommendation would be to manage where you spend your money because dollars speak louder. I have tried to reach out to managers but they have gatekeepers it wasn't until I threatened to go to the owner that I finally got someone to call me back but since then I have still not heard from this manager even after he told me to bring the vehicle back to them for further inspection of the issues that I've been having for the past several weeks my issue was never resolved but yet they took my money this is no way to operate a business and it's time that we go public about the negative behaviors at Marty cancila. I'm sure the competition will gladly take our black dollars. So we are spreading the word, to not patron Marty Cancila due to the direspect of blacks by their white employees. I wonder if the black employees experience the same. I know that the black customers do feel the unprofessional behavior of the service staff. Service is the utt most Importance it speaks volumes.

I purchased a 2021 ram limited In April 2021. I had an issue with my driver's side seat raising up. This issue could not be fixed even after 6 attempts. I heard numerous reasons why my seat was defective, and was not raising properly. "We can't find the issue. But this is my FAVORITE. I WAS TO HEAVY AND THIS CAUSED THE PROBLEM". I weigh 270 lbs. WOW. The sales Manager Roland did a great job pointing me in the right direction to to resolve my issue. The service advisor, who no longer works there, witnessed the malfunction and tried very hard to assist with the issue. But after writing up the service tickets, there was nothing else he could do. I had to go to All Star Dodge on Saint Charles Rock Rd. To get my brand new, ordered from the factory, $73,000.00, Ram Limited Truck to get fixed on the 1st attempt. They took the time and properly assessed the problem. I've purchased and serviced several of my vehicles at your dealership over the years. This was a horrible, new vehicle experience. Serious training is required on your part. I felt ROBBED of my new car experience.

The Last Dealership You'll Ever Need

So I'm rappelling down an indoor rock climbing wall when suddenly I slip, and I start to fall. Just falling, ahh ahh, I'll never forget the terror. When suddenly I realize "Holy crap! My lease is about to expire! What else can I do but cruise on down to Marty Cancila and see what they can do for me. Next thing you know, I'm sitting in a brand new jacked up Rubicon with my seat warmers on full sizzle. Cortez, T.A. and Mike the finance manager went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, my payments were within my budget and they even gassed her up for me. (All good cars are female. Gone in 60 Seconds. Watch it.) I went for the extended warranty because I'm not an idiot and they actually come in handy and bonus was their snack machine had the freshest Reese's Peanut Butter Cups that I've found in a vending machine situation. The dealership was clean and I felt 100% satisfied with the entire transaction. Everything took about an hour and then I was on my way with Fleetwood Mac cranked up and playing my song. All I can say is 5 stars. Would do business with again.

I AM SOOOO SICK OF MARTY CANCILA!!!! I have a Jeep Renegade 2018, there has been a recall for this car and we have been back and fourth with the services team at least 2/3 times since April 2021. I have had nothing but issues with the Service Team as every time they get the car they say things are fixed but yet I have to take the car back. The service rep CARLY horrible attitude, explained to her several times that the car has a loud hissing and motor is very loud. They also forgot to connect some things with the exhaust after recall and said that we didn't know what we are talking about. Im stuck in this lease for a car I did not want and was told I had to get by the sales rep Cortez with a high very high interest rate. I was told that I could trade in the vehicle after 6months/1y to lower the rate NEVER HAPPENED. When I did try to trade the car in now no one is willing to pick up the loan and I can't do what I was promised I could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THIS TEAM OR LETTING THE SERVICE TEAM WORK ON ANY CARS AS THEY ARE GOOD AT CALLING YOU A LIAR AND NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE. I WISH I HAD "NEVER" WENT DOWN THIS ROUTE AND NO ONE IS EVER WILLING TO HELP. FAIR WARNING, READ THESE COMMENTS BEFORE PURCHASING, I WISH I WOULD HAVE DONE THAT MYSELF! Regards, Mr. & Mrs. Jackson

My husband and I needed to replace our car right away but our options were slim. Alpha was amazing at being transparent about what we were facing but he still worked hard for us!! We were lucky to be approved and we purchased the car we wanted. The biggest factor for us was the honesty. He's such a humble guy! I would send everyone I know to him! Tyger

Service department is ridiculous.. purchased car... air conditioning needed service...ive had the car only 2 days after purchasing... its been with them 2 weeks...tried calling service manger directly... no return calls... the communication is terrible... never again will i use this dealers service department...
