He was AMAZING.
He was AMAZING. I was hesitant to come to a dealership because I didn't want high pressure sales or talked into buying a car they want to get rid of. But DeMarco assured me that's not how it works at Mark Kia and told me they were dedicated to having repeat business, so they make sure all of their buyers are happy. I thought this is too good to be true, but it wasn't! He moved mountains to get me the deal I needed. Can't recommend him enough!!!!!!!!!

Overall DeMarko just made it easy, I knew what I wanted and he didn’t make it complicated. Never felt like I had to haggle and DeMarko was very transparent with the process. He also just had great energy and really cares about providing premium service.

I promised a good review for a car which I recently purchased at Mark Kia in Scottsdale AZ. Like all auto sellers today it’s a seller’s market due to the limited production or available in different areas. I found Mark Kia in Scottsdale AZ to be challenging, as is the case with every new or used dealership, however I will say I had a very positive experience in the end. I did achieve purchasing the auto for their advertised internet price. The sales staff of Max Kemp and Shane Woods were helpful and I appreciate their honesty. I want to pass on my appreciation to them and their managers.
