The worst place ever.

The worst place ever. Will do and say anything to make a sale. Sell you a piece of crap , take your money and send you on your way. Start to drive away in your new junk and tell you were a reputable dealer and as soon as you get out of their parking lot you break down. They basically wave and say take care. It's "as is". When they knew it was a piece of crap when they showed it to me. Will never, ever do business with them again.

We purchased our 2016 Dodge van from Marburger. Every service and inspection has been done there. We were there February 10th and were treated with respect and caring. Thanks to the gentleman in the service department. Outstanding professionalism. Love that dealership.

Great experience: I bought the car. It was a 2009 Cadillac DTS gold color shale leather seats and it was within my price range and the contact person, Brenda Killen was outstanding.

I recently purchased a NEW Dodge from Marburger that was delivered with a couple of dents, paint chips and a scratch despite being advised by sales it was in perfect condition on the phone( not the normal way I would buy a car but wanted I when I arrived from another state. It's a new car , what could be wrong with it). The dealership agreed to come and collect the car to have the imperfections addressed and after 2 weeks advised the dents were removed and they could send a touch up stick for me to deal with the paint problems. This kind offer was refused and after a heated conversation where the sales manager asked me" where do you think the money will come from to fix this" and " we did not make any money on this car", they agreed to repaint the areas that were impacted . After 4 weeks with Marburger the car was finally ready to pick up and the paint work checked out... I thought that was all I would need to check as this was on the only problem area when it was picked up. On the drive home I noticed that the passenger window had multiple scratches and looks like the cloth used to clean it had grit within it leaving a mess of scratches across the glass. I called as soon as I got back and was told the dealership had gone above and beyond fixing the paint on the damaged car they delivered and would do no more. New car should mean perfect first time. This dealership does not care about getting things right, just getting your money. There are others that do a far better job. Avoid

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Alec and David!!! I told them exactly what I wanted and they exceeded all of my expectations. I, at first, had reservations because I’m an out of state buyer, but Alec listened to what I wanted and needed and asked me to trust that he was going to deliver my new car to my door step and they did just that!!! They even picked up my trade in the process!!! David was so professional, he checked in with me on the 8 hour ride here and was at my door at the time he promised. This has definitely been the most simplest and stress free car buying process I’ve ever had in my life and I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to start and end with Marburger CDJR in Shelby, North Carolina!! I can not thank you enough for your genuine care and concern for your customers. ~ Your newest loyal customer

Called on a "New" 2018 Jeep SRT that was listed for 55,000 on cars.com and autotrader....and when i called they said it was a mistake and the real price was 60k...
